Re: ' Discontent in our Squad/Team '

our problem is our team is full of mercaneries like the qpr team that got relegated, who would have wanted to come to us under the current regime,we must have thrown money at these boys like it was confety why else would they sign for us,maybe the lure of playing for ole but that soon disapeared and were left with players not interested in the club what so ever. we need someone with true passion for the club to take charge although i do think slade should have been given a bit more help than what he has been by tan.hes basically been told all his best players are to go and to bring in cheap replacements and still try and get to the playoffs, not gna happen!!

I think Slade should go but why do people keep saying he is signing players from league 1 and 2. The two players he has brought in so far, have both done very well and although I don t see why we needed another full back, Kenwyne is on too much money for our team. We could probably sign 5 players for Kenwyne's weekly salary. Slade doesn't seem to have the ability to get the best our of the players we already have but perhaps even I can help, play the players in their right position to start with and perhaps we may start to get somewhere.

I hate to say but before VT even came in I said if the club didn't start to run like business we would go the way of Portsmouth. People laughed when I suggested any of us with half a brain could do that side of things.

Costs should have been cut years ago but nobody wanted to listen or believe it. This club is in a mess and the debt continues to grow. The cheap option was brought in to oversee the playing affairs and he's been told to replace the quality players with cheaper options.

VT is looking to recoup what he can. The problem is much deeper rooted than Slade. Yeah, he's not the answer but right now he is not the problem. It's going to get much worse before it gets any better.

As Portsmouth found out.

Is the club any better off? Will it be any better off in the short immediate term?

The club is a f*cking shambles but still people defend Vincent Tan.

Russell Slade is paid to carry out orders and take the flak for doing so.
