In another two weeks the trims will be gone too, & our car will be stuck on old rusty axle stands!

Do you honestly believe any football manager would want to get rid of the type of talent at his disposal.

As soon as Vinnies, Man U legend plan failed after 10 months he wanted rid of Cardiff City. So we have a manager who may do it on the cheap, find some bargains / academy to sell on at a profit. All our saleable assets will be sold, the large earners sidelined and forced out. This is all happening......

None of the above is Slade's fault. Not giving gunnar, whitts ,Morrison & Noone a break for Harris, Ralls, Connolly, John or Sullivan is.

I have never ever seen you say a bad word about Slade. I appreciate your loyalty but can you honestly say that he has taken us any further forward. I personally think that we have gone back a long long way since he took over.

Ole is the one who really took us back Slade is just picking up the pieces and with slade bringing in his own players i believe we will do well his new signings look promising and scored today. :ayatollah:

Hardly any rebuilding so far, more like demolition, selling off the salvage, & ordering in some old, second hand prefabs!

Right we sack Slade bring in someone else who could end up being worse and we get thumped by teams and not showing fight like ole and then some people will say "oh we should have kept Slade at least we showed some fight under him" etc that's what i dread to think the possibility of bringing in someone who is worse.

Who can be worse than Slade. We are playing the worst football that we have played for nearly a decade and you still stick up for the manager. I have never seen you say a bad word about him and you always stick up for him. I appreciate manager loyalty & we all have different opinions but can you honestly say that he is talking us forward? We have been abysmal and there are no signs of improvement.

Will you accept that we are watching the worst football at Cardiff in the last 10 years, if not then you cannot be going on a regular basis. What gives you confidence to support Slade when our formation is wrong, team selections are wrong, refusing to play quality, bringing in cheap alternatives, no plan B and we are playing abysmal football. No way was Ole worse than Slade. Slade is not up to Championship/premiership football.

Ole or shearer are examples of worse manager's.

Should have been sacked weeks ago, we'll should never have been appointed. Awful manager, shouldn't be allowed to spend a penny. Wouldn't buy a second hand car off him. Would sack him anytime of any transfer window.
Would love someone like Neil Ardley now.

We should have had Neil Lennon when we had a chance not this Humpty Dumpty he's standing on egg shells ATM worst choice of manager!

Thats a pretty good way of putting it Butttt a big but

I was curious of letting slade get a transfer window

Revell scored today so at the moment his scoring record is above any strikers on ratio so im not going to comment there.

Tacticts from slade are bog standard I just don't know what to say on the pitch apart from let him have the window and see what he develops.

I don't think relegation is going to happen but I think mid or just below mid is where we will finish.
unless slade is the right man and pulls some sort miracle signings and produces great football.

The way I look at it is we have our pride back and I want to keep it that way .. give slade till the end of the season or until tan decides his fate.

We can't complain as many of us said ide rather be in league 2 then play in red

We can't keep sacking managers when things don't go our own way ffs! Slade has come in at a very difficult period in the club same as when ole came into the club, we sack slade get someone else in and if we still struggle then fans would call for their head aswell!, we all know tan is cutting costs at the club what is slade supposed to do player wise? Tans not putting out for big players nomore that's the reality of it, we got to get rid of players on big wages and bring in players on less wages and sadly that means going for lower league players or players willing to come here for less money, we need to stand up for slade just like fans stood up for the return to blue, now we have gone back blue fans moaning about the team, we can't have it all!

Re: " Sacking Russell Slade "

Sun Jan 18, 2015 3:51 am

To put it bluntly and honestly shut the f**k up slade is f*cking shite and out of his depth......

Re: " Sacking Russell Slade "

Sun Jan 18, 2015 4:19 am

I think the engine has a misfire aswell.
tan said give slade a chance when he appointed him, so judging by ogs he should be gone at the end of the season.
he clearly isn't the right man for the job but I don't think any manager could get us up this season with all the crown jewels that have been sold.

Re: " Sacking Russell Slade "

Sun Jan 18, 2015 5:13 am

Slade is so far out of his depth its a joke

SACK THE CLOWN

Re: " Sacking Russell Slade "

Sun Jan 18, 2015 6:28 am

If I was on the board I would keep Russell Slade until the end of the season and maintain enough stability in the dressing room to keep us in the Championship. Then for 2015-16, start afresh, with someone of real calibre and a reasonable transfer kitty.

Thank you for your input Mr Slade :laughing6: But the real reason you are shite is you are Vinny's puppet. That's all really. But hey Cardiff City are back in Blue and playing crap. Love it :D

Re: " Sacking Russell Slade "

Sun Jan 18, 2015 7:18 am

Personally I think we missed a trick with Gary Rowett, doing a fantastic job at Birmingham with no funds whatsoever,.
Similar to Slade , he had no managerial experience at this level and inherited a squad, however the difference being is that he is a young ,modern & progressive manager who is not set in his ways !

Also, he's only on a 12 month rolling contract !!

Re: " Sacking Russell Slade "

Sun Jan 18, 2015 8:56 am

When Slade started at Cardiff he inherited a huge squad of players, some there on merit others were there on ego or reputation - however lets be honest it wasn't a good situation to come into. Plus the value and the wages of the squad just didnt make business sense even if we were still in the Prem it wasn't something that could carry on.

There was no team approach, no structured way of playing under Ole. 'IF' Slade is trying to develop a 'Cardiff Way' of playing football with a team and squad that fits into that way then we need to give him time, to develop a settled and balanced squad. In fairness to Malky he did have that structured and disciplined way of playing, however it was still boring to watch but nobody really cared as we were winning.

Forget promotion this year, let support Slade and hope that he gets a balanced team with a mixture of youth and experience so that we can all look forward to next season while watching 'OUR' Bluebirds.

Re: " Sacking Russell Slade "

Been saying for months, he has to go.
No pla to play football and dominate midfield area.

Come back DJ

Re: " Sacking Russell Slade "

Sun Jan 18, 2015 9:00 am

Tan is cutting costs, Full Stop. We can all scream and shout we want this or that manager but its not going to happen.

Slade is on peanuts, so rather than continually ripping the guy a new ahole start putting some suggestions forward on managers you think would do a better job on Slades wages, working with Tans staff and who would be prepared to take the constant abuse of fickle fans. The blokes damned whatever he does.

Personally i accept the team for what it is, its not pretty but it is now a low funded business and at this point in time is not destined for anything other than mid table at best. Accept it, be happy we are back in blue and support the team and manager ffs.

Thinks will get better even if they have to get worse first. :bluescarf: :bluescarf: :bluescarf: :bluescarf: :bluescarf:

You wouldn't let a dog suffer, you would put it down !!!!

We should put him out of his misery and let him go, he will have a few quid and can get a little 1st or 2nd division club to drift along with next season.
