That's whats pissed me off with Tan the last few years, everything has a threat behind it.

Why cant he be the better man, admit the rebrand has been a disaster ,which it has and just give the fans the blue they want without any threats.
Ive got no problems with trimming the squad and wage bill at all but do it for the right reasons ,not just because your ego has been damaged

I think it goes without saying that returning to blue will have its financial issues, I think it’s naive for anyone to expect Tan to continue to back roll us and invest when we all know in HIS heart he thinks Red is for the best. Blue will being in its own finances but not to the extent of what Tan has been investing.

It may be a tough few years, huge cut backs etc etc but would be worth it to see us back in blue. Lets wait and see what happens.

Tan stopped bank rolling us months ago when he realised he got lucky in Malkys second season. Throwing money at it didn't work for leicester the season they stopped they pissed the league.

Proper football isn't buying your way to the top. Kids coming through, a few bargains, decent pro's, one or two marque players (relative to your size). How can Chelsea citeh or Man u take any pride in their victories when its just a matter who had the biggest cheque book ?

Whatever we do we must let him have his glory. This must be tans decision. We won't be the drunken sailor on shore leave (great line) anymore. But i still wouldn't be surprised with a 1 million pound player if slade thinks he is worth 2 million.

I think Vinnie got drunk on the excess of football and he has woken up with a sore head. Perhaps this rebrand reversal will be his excuse to return to running the club as a minor part of his business empire, but still a 100 million pound business with full P & L speadsheets that need to be in the black most months.

Take the blue, I would prefer the 70's badge, but I am an old git............
