We took 800 fans away too a a sh*t club in merseyside. That was our third away game in a week and we'd already been in Liverpool playing at anfield on the Monday night.
Boycott my ar*e. It was a nice excuse to explain that embarrassment of an attendance. No one wanted to go because the football was shyte.
If you drew Man City you'd be there like a shot. Your next boycott is going to be based on who you play and how well you are playing. You're struggling to get all the season ticket holders to turn up at league games so now is not the time to be judging the turnouts of other clubs. Then again common sense and perspective are perpetually in short supply at Cardiff City.
No one has had ago?
But now youve mentioned it,your a Premier League Club, have NO problems like us,yet u took the lowest away support compared to any other Prem Club true?
Well given that we've had three away games in the last week after Christmas, and this was the least attractive of the three, I'm not really surprised or concerned. This was the second game in a week on merseyside too.
If we had a better fixture we would have taken more like if you had drawn Man UTD you probably all wouldn't have "boycotted".
We probably would have taken more if Oxford had won their replay. I would've made the 2 and a half hour drive there but I didn't go to tranmere because I went to Anfield on Monday. It's horses for courses.
I have to agree with you on your post![]()
By the way I never boycotted.
