If tan changed us back to blue with the badge and gave us a clear plan to convert debt to equity then the problem we all now have with him would be bearable.

Such a shame tan cant see it stubborn fool of a man .

As for the sam loved his time with us it was truly brilliant BUT he almost ruined us .
Would I want him back at the club NO but under tan no enjoyment under sam I loved it all until he wanted all his money back.
I don't no I think city is curst we never have it easy do we.

If Sam has anything to do with a take over and fans welcome it, well they only have themselves to blame, Sam is scum.

He can talk a great game but nearly finished us. How can you get rid of tan and bring in a like for like replacement

Re: ' New Years Day Consortium update. '

With all his faults Tan is preferrable to Hamman any day

Who in their right mind would buy Cardiff City with other higher profile clubs available. Aston Villa for starters :sleepy2:

My god, let's just pray Sam is nothing to do with it. Will make a few happy I'm sure. The other 95% of us will be hopping mad.

Sorry but why should Vincent Tan sell ? He's invested heavily into a business that he has the opportunity to turn around.

He has his business plan and schedule and why would he want to sell just because some of the customers say so? Pr the life president wants to lead a consortium and try and get a discount rate.

Sorry just can't see that happening. Don't build your hopes up is my advice.
I a agree with you Steve ,tan is in this for the long haul to make money why would he sell now at a loss when he can hold on to it and maybe in the future make a healthy profit

For start there is little scope for expanding fan base or merchandise as the've been in premier so long! Same goes for most middle premier clubs, taking champ club with huge potential is better option financially in long run, much better than premier one! :thumbright:

Not being funny but who on earth would stump that up for a mid table championship club going nowhere ?

The answer is a mad man. No business consortium of non loving Cardiff City supporters would, they could easily buy a premiership Club if having to buy outright.

The only scenario that could be possible would be tan defo wants out, and a rich consortium agrees with Tan to a debt repayment plan but again how would that gain Vincent ? It's less risk to be in control himself with his puppets doing exactly as he says. Why gamble on another's controlling plan or whim ?

Underestimate Vincent Tan at your peril, he's a very successful businessman and be sure he'll sell up if when he chooses, he holds all the aces and if he doesn't want to sell then he certainly won't.
He's invested or loaned (whichever way you look at it) a lot of money in our club and his profile around the world has grown since becoming owner of our club, he's been ridiculed in the world press but whether it's been deserved or not is open to opinion.
He's worth $1.4 billion so any consortium planning a takeover of Cardiff City need to have some serious money available to them to take this club forward. Will a new consortium listen to the fans concerns? history would suggest probably not, a hope of a return to blue may not materialise then where do we go look for new investors again?
Sometimes we have to be careful what we wish for.

A. Because it's interesting.

B. Because I used to enjoy watching the old Cardiff City when I lived in Wales.

C. Because the constant media hype and fans hype that filters through daily again becomes interesting.

D. Because many a friend is still a Franchise FC supporter wishing for his traditional club back.

E. Because I don't believe ANY football club or fan doesn't deserve to be franchised and rebranded the way your club has.

Is that okay with you ? If not tough shit anyway.

You really are dull.

Don't you understand the word interested. To be interested you don't need feelings. I'm interested in the Air Asia plane crash but I don't fly with them or have feelings for the airline itself.

Yes, it's a quiet day you are correct on something at last! A time to read up on matters you find interesting.

40 years ago i ate cough candy, doesn't mean I still buy them now. When was your last game ? What's your season ticket number? Any chance of a pic ?

Chances are you can't provide one.
