Totally agree with you on Guerra, it's a complete and utter joke and shows the total lack of man management skills at our club.
Guerra was taken off after just 30 mins of the Bournemouth League Cup game because he didn't run for a hoofball that was hit miles too far in front of him. At the time, our wonderful defence led by co manager Danny Gabbidon had already let in THREE goals, and if not for our good fortune, the post and David Marshall, it would have been five or six.
On the night, Kimbo, as part of our non existent midfield, was partly responsible for our collapse, but even he should have been shown some respect by being substituted at HALF TIME.
Javi Guerra WASN'T responsible in any way and did not deserve the humiliation of being dragged off in that manner. He is by far and away the best striker at the club, yet what real opportunities has he been given ?
As for a Bad attitude ? Are you serious ? His attitude going through the tunnel showed that HE CARED unlike others who clearly couldn't give a toss about playing for us .
Javi Guerra is a very proud man, a respected, top class striker who scored 13 times in La Liga against the likes of Barcelona etc.only last season and yet he was made to train with the kids at Cardiff City because he was extremely unhappy at not being given the opportunities to show what he could do !
How do you think the likes of Wayne Rooney would react under similar circumstances ?
It could only happen at Vincent Tan's flying circus.
