Tan, the fans, Slade and the players to blame.

The player obviously don't care a fcuk - Half your mates frozen out, lost bonuses, "agent, get me the fcuk out of here quickly !!!"
Slade - We have seen this all too often , he doesn't know whether to twist or stick- not up to it, won't be long before we say tara mate.
The fans - We have never been great fans (queue abuse) but we are abysmal nowadays, a poor man's Arsenal

Tan - he is the leader, its his baby and he is fcuking it up big time...... This ain't Asia and he doesn't have a clue what to do.

I always say to my team leaders in work never give anyone an easy way out as they always take it. The no blue no renew is a very convenient way of half our fans to find an honourable excuse to jack it in.The players look like they have their excuse, a shit manager. And the manger has his hands tied behind his back by the owner.......

A perfect mess

' IT IS NOT JUST SLADE'S FAULT '
Its hard to disagree with that statement because it is the narcissistic owner who has hired an incompetent manager. It might be that the narcissistic owner knows the manager is incompetent but whilst the narcissistic owner drastically reduces the team wage bill it suits him to have a cheap incompetent in charge.

Well said he's so out of his depth, it was embarrassing there today

I felt a bit sorry for Slade today when he got those chants thrown at him and he was standing there with his arms folded looking like someone who has been quite heavily bullied.

Tan does have a big say in which players get picked trust me. I know this for a fact cos iv been told by someone who would know. I don't know the full extent to of it I admit. But let's be honest, no matter how poor a manager u all think slade is who how dated his tactics are, would he really ignore the talents of guerra, daehli, ravel etc. Come on, he'd love players like that in his team. He's not allowed to pick them. Embarrassing.

Russell Slade will get the criticism tonight and as the manager he is partly responsible but the issues at our club run deeper than the manager. I have said for weeks to friends that Slade in my opinion is not the right man for the job but we can criticise him all day long but it matters for absolutely nothing. Whilst Vincent Tan is making footballing decisions then we will always have problems.

No matter what side of the fence you sit on regarding Vincent Tan, the one thing you cannot argue against is that he should not be making the decisions on footballing matters.

The troubles at this club stem from the very top, the running of the club is not right and we will continue to deteriate until a solution is found.

Russell Slade is not beyond criticism, he took the job and is therefore accountable too but he he is working without his own management team, which incidentally is not the most important issue if you have the right coaching team behind him but we don't, Slade hears of players leaving through the media which again is very wrong but what Slade can be judged on is his tactics and again today we were not at the races.

I have to question whether the players believe in Slade because it is my opinion that the players are not fighting for the manager and are going through the motions for large periods of the game.

It is soul destroying watching this unfurl at our club but the bottom line is we have no leadership, on or off the pitch, the owner of the shares does not come to watch this team, the players are clearly lacking leadership on the pitch, again today you could visibly see heads dropping and not one player was dishing out any sort of words of action, there is no soul in the club or on the terraces, we have no identity and no game plan on or off the pitch.

Does anyone know what Tan's plans are for the club, does anyone know what is really going on ?

This cannot go on much longer.

100% spot on Carl as are your comments down the page.

The club is a shambles and has been for years yet still some can't see it.

Right now the manager is the least of our worries.
