Shows he lacks ambition and is trying to find players to suit his ageing formation. We will get a derby game again under slade, but it won't Swansea it will be Newport county!

Taking adeyemi off today was a shocker of a decision. He was working his socks off on his own trying to cover for the lacklustre and awful whittingham.

I have heard Slade has totally lost the dressing room and the players dont respect him, they say his training is out of date and no one listens to Young.

Agree with that and it's evident to see... The whole club on and off the pitch is in a bad way... We've hit the iceberg Annis just a matter of time until we sink....

Annis, what I can't understand are those who say Slade should have a transfer window because these aren't his players. Well where was the point in getting shot of OGS at the time then? Slide took the job "as is" so making excuses is just pure deflection of blame.

Just think back a year ago, we were under Malky and at least playing with some commitment and organisation. Plus it was in the Premier League. We had international players in the squad and won the first ever Welsh PL Derby. I know Malky made stupid mistakes off the field, but he couldn't half motivate his players. HIS PLAYERS. When we parted company with Malky, that was the first major mistake in bringing in a PL virgin.

Please can we get a credible PL manager? It's a false economy to save money on your gaffer. No wonder the players don't respect Slade. Tony P wouldn't take any of that tripe off his dressing room.

Slade out, Tony P in, Tan out. :bluescarf:

Re: MY VIEW: RUSSELL SLADE " GETTING SACKED IN THE MORNING "

If this was a serious business intent on success, then an emergency board meeting would be called this week with VT (The Invisible Tan) physically present and not out of the country to address all issues, on pitch and off.

Everyone's looking for answers and this can only come from the top. And reinforced from a board of directors that need to grow some balls and end The 'Emperors New Clothes' regime that is killing the club whilst pockets are lined.

The running of the club from top down is the key issue. It starts at the top then distills through the organisation. There is no other way.

1. There is no leadership from VT.
2. There is no leadership from the board.
3. There is no leadership from the manager and coaching staff.
4. There is no leadership on the field.

Dalman, Choo and co should be micromanaging this whole process whilst building bridges with the fans starting from 8:00am tomorrow in the board room.

Slade is not the man for the job. He has consciously walked into a poison chalice. He knew what the situation was when he took the job. That said, the players are a key fault too. Shambles.

To see the whole squad with their hands on their overpaid hips to a man with heads down when Watford went 2-1 up just before half-time was disgusting.

To see a stadium half-empty and die-hard fans saying that they will not be renewing father-and-son ST's would have any serious business person hit the panic button to get things sorted.

I've had a titfull of this so won't gas on about it as its all been done to death but the decisions to be made this week and emergency board agenda is simple:

1. Unite the fans.
2. Get Pulis or another proven pair of hands in before New Year.

Roll your sleeves up VT, you've done plenty right but also plenty wrong. All you have to do in the short term is address points 1 and 2 and you'll be the hero that you've always wanted to be. If your not prepared to do this, then move on and leave this wonderful club in safe hands as you said you would.

Whichever way, just get it done.

Deflated!
I haven't even booked to fly over as it costs £200 plus every game.

We are going nowhere. Slade is so out if his depth its sad to watch.

This is no longer my Cardiff city. Beginning to get embarrassed by what people must think of us. We are a laughing stock

I have heard the same thing. Slade is a gonner. I just hope Tan realises he needs a manager who will command the respect of the players and fans alike. However with Tan who knows. He might bring in another no hope.

Tony Pulis is the only man for the job but would he take it after not being offered the job before Slade.

I must say that Slade looks dead and buried in his awful press conferences. If he is the same in the dressing room then no wonder he has lost the players.

Slade out.
