It will only happen if Tan is more flexible on the asking price. He refused approx two months ago because of the upfront amount. Now this is a 'suggestion' from the contact that an agreement 'may' have been reached that he sells assets to help bring the asking price down but on condition that the club stays in the Championship.

This isn't going to be a smooth ride people so it could get worse before it gets better on the pitch.
