Obviously this could have been a forced upon decision as they must have done a lot of grovelling and begging for the bigger extension as they got offered 1,500 and nothing more so they must used this idea as a chance to get the larger extension. Swans fans will continue to see what I say on their extension as BS but I have no reason to make up things about this.

Been an ongoing argument about getting the go ahead for the extension but Swansea never backed down in how much they wanted.

Their season tickets are £400 as well! You can get a man city one for £299.... And ours is over 500 sheets?! Wtf like.

My season ticket will be £10 cheaper than last years. Its not much but it pays for my SCFC supporters trust membership and it is a step in the right direction.

We do not have the smallest ground in the Prem as QPR do. We are trying hard to expand the stadium but the council is the sticking point.

I guess that they will save a fair bit of money on admin this way and of course producing new cards for existing members? £10 isn't a massive reduction but it's much appreciated, and much better than an increase which I was half expecting.

As for a takeover at the Liberty, none of us know whats really going on, but I guess there is no smoke without fire, it sounds like something is up. Our current board have worked wonders down here and after 12 years if a couple of them are deciding to cash out then I can't really blame them.

Stadium expansion is as much down to traffic and parking by now, the designs for the expansion while tricky are done, but the congestion around the Landore area on matchdays seems to be holding upxpanding as much as anything else.

I know McDonald's or similar got in way when first muted! But like you say the rd is a major obstical not only cost but how/where do you route it if its required?

Let's face it, the stadium was built in the wrong place. Every Jack I knew at the time of the move from the Vetch said it was madness. The roads are a nightmare and rail is not an option realistically. I'Be been told that tge favoured spot was at Felindre near the old steelworks. It would be straight off the M4 and ideal for development as a commercial centre.

The trouble is, the jaxx were ambitious at a lower level so couldn't really predict their success so they went for a medium capacity arena. Easy with hindsight, but maybe the SA1 area could have been a better spot??

had conversation on anoher post about this and they have problems in several areas regarding expansion, musnt forget its been about 4yrs since talked about it and nothing as happened! guesss they will get limited expansion but not enough to increase revenue enough!!
