We are talking about a nineteen year old with great potential who has shown flashes of his skills at times but has definitely not accepted the sacking of Ole....

No Corky, it was our manager who spoke out and then the media asked Matts regarding what Slade had said.

Nope, i watched the interview live. He said he has been fit, fighting and will continue to fight, but he has to play football. He has been doing double sessions, and triple where that has been possible to make it into the team. He also said he hasn't spoken to Slade in three weeks.

Cardiff City boss Russell Slade will hold crunch talks with star midfielder Mats Daehli next week as the Norwegian’s Bluebirds future looks increasingly uncertain.
Thursday 6th Nov 2014.
Daehli has found himself out in the cold in recent weeks and could now leave the club in the January transfer window if both parties decide it is for the best.
It is understood Cardiff would be willing to let Daehli leave if he wants an exit route, but they are determined to recoup the £2.5m they spent on the player in January.
Slade is keen to add one or two new faces to his squad after Christmas but he has been told he must cut his squad before any new signings are sanctioned.
While many Cardiff supporters will be disappointed at news of Daehli’s potential exit, there is no such surprise around the seemingly inevitable departures of Eikrem and Burgstaller.
Eikrem has failed to start a single league match this season while Burgstaller has made the starting XI just once in 16 matches against Huddersfield.
Other players who could potentially leave the club in January are Kim Bo-Kyung, Juan Cala and Javi Guerra who do not appear to be in Slade’s plans.

ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. Believing the echo???? You must be mad!!!!
This board is becoming a joke!!!
I used to love reading this board as I felt it was a good place to talk about cardiff city FOOTBALL club.
Now I realise it's more of a dictatorship than the one you complain Vincent Tan is running!!!
full of drivel and lies. All this "I know Matts very well" bull. Probably met him at a supporters clubb function once,or he looked straight at you when applauding the crowd at the end of a game.
I tell you what, I met Matts in caroline street the other day, we shared a chicken donner with all the trimmings! Put on a few pounds but says he's well fit and up for the fight. We got so close in that 5 minutes, I'm now gonna be his best man at his wedding!!!!!!!!
True?.........No, but just as believable as anything else said on this forum . In the know my arse.
what happened to staying out of the politics and concentrating on the football this season?
not enough hits on the site if we just talked about footbal, so lets invent some scandal to make the forum more interesting.
I truly give up!!!!!![]()

Your spot on CorkyThe various drama queens on here are trying to create something out if nothing once again. The fact is that Daehli is a great prospect who came here because of OGS, the manager has gone and Daehli no doubt now feels sorry for himself. He can be forgiven as he's only 19 and he can be forgiven for his naivety in his attitude towards laying down ultimatums. However, if he is not comfortable here because his mentor has left then he has some big decisions to make. He either grows some balls quickly and knuckles down or he tries following OGS to wherever he ends up next. I would like him o stay and develop, but only on the club and managers terms. No player, however good they are should dictate to the manager, especially not in public

He's not spot on at allSo Annis, you would be happy that every player that cannot get a game goes to the press and tells them that if he isn't playing soon then he will have to look elsewhere for another club??
I'm pretty shocked by your attitude, if I'm honest.
