Totally agree. We have too many fans with unrealistic demands giving Slade unnecessary criticism. I don't think any manager could work a miracle with our current squad. It doesn't matter how talented our squad supposedly is. Our squad lacks the leaders, character and the mental strength required to succeed at this level and until Slade is given the January transfer window to bring in the players to address this, it is totally unreasonable for us to expect anything.

Taking on a job and picking a team that needs stability and one that needs a togetherness so we are not chopping and changing where the last regime had poor training sessions with not much fitness.. he has walked into a difficult job and the fact he has won all 3 games is remarkable.

This time last season we were in the premier a few places above the relegation spots and above the Jacks.

Look where we are today. Infact don't look unless you want to understand why people are pissed off.

Lower league management style it's all physicality rather passing and pace. lump it to the big man don't get pushed of the ball. Those days a gone no way you can get promoted or stay in the premiership with those tactics. That's why he is a poor choice
