Heard somewhere last week that you may be contacted by post if they cannot email or phone you.
That is really leaving it late to get a ticket.

Cannot understand why emailing isn't quicker. Obviously down west they don't have computers etc for email, so letters are quicker, as long as they have someone to read it to them.

Got a phone call to say I would get one but then said they would contact me to let me know when they are ready for collection.

Seems very disorganised, although the allocation system seems fair.

Yes the timings should have been better and this must not happen again but the allocation system was fair.
We will have plenty of tickets for Israel, but Bosnia will only give us just over 700 and Cyprus might also be tight.
We will make sure application forms are sent out very early for these games, now that the demand is there things will change. It is easy in hindsight saying we should have done this or done that, but you have to remember this is the first time since 2007 that we have sold out of tickets.

Mistakes have been made by not sending these forms out a lot earlier and its a lesson learnt.

The Belgian police are temperamental, they can be very pleasant but also the exact opposite, there is not much in between. Be careful out there and have a good time, any arrest or ban from a Wales game counts for domestic games to. Nobody needs to get locked up in a foreign country so just enjoy the trip and if you do get into bother use our information booklet...if you don't get a ticket you may want to make a note of some of the information contained in the booklet
