Ned, I would really rather comment about Slade after 12 games, were only 4 games in and much to early to say,but 9pts from 12pts is a good start

I like seeing consistency and it was not good what Ole was doing at all and that showed. Slade for me is doing it right trying to keep the same team week in week out, tactics is what will now be needed for tougher teams

In 4 games we have won 3 and could have got something out of Millwall too. If we'd scored one of the first half chances it wouldhave been a diffrent game. What is it that you want from the team? Yes it could be better but it is already 10 times better than anything that Ole offered up and even Malky for that point. Slade is working with a squad he had no input in building yet he has done wonders with them compared ro Ole.
The football isgood to watch and we are not omly scoring but creating chances too. The team chased everything and today I thought every single player showed an improvement on previous performances. How mu h do people expect to change in four matches?
Leeds were ordinary but didn't even look like scoring. It wasn't that long ago that we were being pummelled by everbody. Practically no possession and most if that was passing square and backwards across the back four. Now we pass forward and look to attack. I go to the match expecting us to win or at the very least give a good account of ourselves.
Today wasn't perfect but it was entertaing, we won, and we are starting to look like a team.
Give Slade a chance ffs and give him some credit too.
If it keeps on improving we will be a force to reckon with. We are still lacking a real leader, we need anither DM and we need a more pacy striker. If we get them in January we could easily rip the Championship a new arsehole. Until the the main objective is to stay in the mix.

regardless of the strength of the opposition, we looked good in certain areas today. didnt get the clean sheet that we deserved due to a rather lucky goal imo, but there are so many positives there for us

Leeds were poor but I would say we did not make hard work of it.
The only issue I had today was our sharpness in front of goal. It needs a bit of work. We dominated the game in the first half without scoring. The second half we dominated even more so and got the goal that was deserved. The second goal had a bit of luck to it but is likely to happen when you apply the pressure like we did.
Even when they got their goal, I thought it was a well taken goal, they never look like getting another.
A bit more luck and we secured a richly deserved 3 points regardless how harsh some judge the performance.

Thought we played well ,we look much fitter and more hungry all over the pitch

Agreed Slade has got these players believing in themselves! Second half we saw City dominate well done Russell, well done bluebirds

Sorry Annis but Leeds fans not at fault many City fans were talking and got told to shut the fook up. In the concourse there was Leeds fans still having a swig and I am sure they didnt know the minute silence was happening and they were singing merily. Then there were shouts from the Leeds fans to shut the fook up then the City fans started. Sorry but Leeds fans blameless sorry.

Agreed

I just can't see how anyone can think we made hard word of that, we had to be patient but once we got the first I thought we made it look easy
Credit where it's due, it's too early to say we're back in the mix for promotion but it looks a hell of a lot healthier than in OGS's time
Maybe some of us don't like the fact that Tan's choice seems to gave made a difference

Slade, is 100 times Ole already, we could of even been relegated under Ole he was that bad.
I am not having ago at anyone, I am just being very cautious after 4 games and not getting carried away with it all yet
Slade has brought belief and stability to our team so far, tactics I will judge after 12 games
Bolton here we come

Ian, why I said hard work of it was because Leeds are a very very poor side at the moment.
Second half all City
