mmm why make a statement which is non spacific at who it is aimed at?? :?

Allan, this is not the first time Coco has aimed that comment at me!

Apparently, if you can think outside the box then the only thing they can come up with is ridicule!

Sadly, as with many others, if you don't agree with their opinions they aren't intelligent enough to argue the point in return without resorting to the inane crap that we see above from the likes of him, pantyrawel bluebird and Jaws

Mildly amusing though, I must admit

And then they get desperate by calling you negative.

I agree with Sven....

We are winning, the crowd is basically more blue now than it would have been if the team were still playing in blue.

The 19.27 protest is aimed at who ? We are not beamed live around the world anymore and Vinny doesn't turn up. If either were to happen I think we would add a little extra effort to the 19.27 protest.

This is about the long game. Season tickets next year will be on Vinny's mind. Not for the monetary value, he could cover that on his bank interest, but falling season tickets sales for a second season would hurt the clubs prospectus. He wants out, we know this, but he is stuborn with the financial clout to dig in forever.......

We need to play the waiting game, give him a way out of red. If we are in the premier league next season as unlikely as it seems he can hold out. Another season in the championship and he may be forced to return to blue.......

IMO- I think the reverse psychology of only a return to the premier league may result in a return to blue say loads...

Good morning fellow Bluebirds.
Just a quick update to say we haven't gone away and held a productive committee meeting on Friday evening.
A few new faces helping out on the committee and the end result seemed positive.
We had looked at marching as a form of protest & whilst this has not been ruled out all together for the rest of the season, there are more favourable alternatives available to us. In my mind I'd like our next march to be when we are celebrating a return to blue and the recognition of our true Identity. ( A march that could be held with pride every year after to commemorate and celebrate a return to Blue with a Bluebird predominant on our chest. Although it sometimes seems impossible- this is something that will inevitably happen, in my opinion we edge ever closer as each month rolls by- the hardest part ,as it's always been is to keep up momentum, in the words of Winston Churchill - 'Never -Never -Never - Give Up!')
Any march would have to beat the last attempt that resulted in an overwhelming number of supporters marching together in their thousands.
So we have looked at other alternative forms of protest that can take place both inside and outside of the ground and we will be ironing out details in the coming weeks before asking for your help to make it happen.
We will of course keep you posted and hopefully it will be protests that ALL Cardiff City Fans can be part of wether we are attending the games or boycotting.
One day soon our club will need us to help rebuild it and restore pride.
Let's be ready .............
Keep The Faith Bloooooobirds

Oh dear! When will some people ever learn?!?!

Disgraceful comments from a so called 'moderator' :old:

Saddles, I'm staying totally out of this topic as to what the topic is about, But I have to ask & stress this, why because Sven who is a very good moderator by the way, why because he is a moderator is he not allowed his opinion or belief?
Moderators are still City fans and should be allowed their say :thumbright: :thumbright:

Thank you, guys

I'm humbled by the support above and by the understanding of where my OP was coming from :notworthy: :notworthy:

Some great comments above as to 'why' BU isn't the way forward, but let me repeat that my post was NOT against Sian or her original stance, as I broadly support the return to blue at the earliest opportune moment and still wear it myself at games!

I just feel that it is time for some to come into the 'real world' and realise that protest marches and what were effectively racist songs about the guy who has put so much money in (no matter how some will twist it) are antiquated ideologies and simply won't work!

Apologies for delay in responding, but been to Preston on a personal matter today on one of those "I've got a life away from this Forum" things that just goes to prove us 'Mods' aren't really chained together by the ankles in the dark depths of Annis' palatial home! :laughing5: :laughing5:

I refuse to join the BU.
Nothing against Sian.
Nothing against the Fight to return Cardiff to blue.

I just refuse to be part of something that would label its fellow supporters as Tan Apologist, Cardiff Killers and sprout racial hatred against folk from the Far East, on that basis that they won't sign a petition,or join a group.

No thanks.
