2. Once time served for any crime why can he not continue in his job?
3. How many of these "throw the book at him for life" crew have slept with a girl that has had a few too many? i think most people on this board by the precedent set in this case are rapists (including myself). I have woken up on a few occasions thinking what the f@ck happened last night? This entire case sets a dangerously low bar
Just shows how far standards have dropped, when people try and use alcohol as an excuse. If you are big enough to drink you accept the consequences of not handling your drink. Everyones been drunk, everyones done silly things. a very large % wouldnt rape or sleep with a girl if she was that drunk. People should have standards.
Read the full transcript. the guy is an absolute tool. he was supposed to be a professional athlete at the time, people who really truely strive to reach the peak dont go acting like him and getting lashed, taken advantage of women, even if she had slept around with sports people. Have standards and aim high.
Read the full case R v Chedwyn Evans, ive read the initial and the appeal, the judge was spot on in what he dealt out.
Let Evans play professional football, but dont let him represent his country. Wales do not need young kids in the crowd chanting in adulation for Evans, they dont need to be supporting a vile man like that.
Are you for real? Not a large % of people would have sex with a drunk person? I have by this measure been raped on 100s of occassions, i just hope i can get justice and get all these bitches banged up. I do really dispair with the presumption of guilt held by people like you. In the case notes and appeal notes there was no features which categorically differentiate the 2 in terms of one achieving poven consent and one not.
She was past drunk.
As the judge states in his remarks, the CCTV show how drunk she was, clearly could not consent. a jury found him guilty, the judge agreed,
3 further judges dismissed the appeal. I agree that judges get things wrong, but i completely agree with all 4.
Also you can not be raped! you are male, it is impossible
CCTV footage shows her walking into the hotel, then going back outside to collect the pizza box she left on the floor as she got out of the cab. She appeared in far better shape than the average party goer on a weekend. In my view if you can do that you can also consent. NP20 i do believe you are phishing here, saying it is not possible to be raped if you are male, i dont want to be seen as facilitating would be female rapists but i think viagra a four poster bed and 4 lengths of rope should do the job
No its physically impossible for males to be raped, only females can be raped.

its likely he'll get to avoid the issue for the next year or two as evans will most likely have to start in league 1 or 2 coming back into the game.
