Just shows how far standards have dropped, when people try and use alcohol as an excuse. If you are big enough to drink you accept the consequences of not handling your drink. Everyones been drunk, everyones done silly things. a very large % wouldnt rape or sleep with a girl if she was that drunk. People should have standards.

This is a conundrum for me, there has never been a satisfactory explanation on the differences.

I believe the other one got off as you see him arrive with the girl (so in eyes of the law they are satisfied she consented to this) but Evans is not in the footage so therefore they are saying she didn't consent to Evans.

I personally think Ched is innocent, the whole situation has baffled me from the start.

You may think he is innocent, but he is guilty because he was found guilty. If I print "Ched is guilty", I cannot be 'done' for libel because it is factual.

There are cases of miscarriages of justice, of course there are, but our national side cannot be linked with a convicted rapist (FACT) in my opinion.
