Why did he come off, and it was Malta (i believe )

That video is against Bulgaria. Against Malta he scored and performed even better than against Bulgary. He looked like he was getting a bit tired before he was taken off, something I think is because he's been taking a lot more defensive responsibility for Norway compared to what I have seen him do at Cardiff, so he spent much more energy defensively. I just wish he was given a free roaming role up front with less defensive responbility so he can spend his energy up top and not run backwards.

I hope slade has the balls to play him in his real position inside.
