the Title should say "Tan Sri Does Listen to his Yes Men" he certainly does not listen to his "customers"

The guy is a clown, top business man? he has setup franchises which TBF is about the most fool proofed way of being "successful". He has accrued friends in high places who have facillitated his success. But if he ran all of his businesses like he has Cardiff city he would be broke by now

I was asked yesterday what the link was between Tan Sri Vincent Tan and Glenn Roeder, the link is Mehmet Dalman. Tan Sri speaks to just two people at the club on a daily basis, Dalman and Ken Choo. Though Tan Sri is the ultimate decision maker, he does listen to advice from Dalman and Choo. Since the chairman introduced Roeder to Tan Sri, the former Newcastle manager has earned the respect of our owner as a man who has knowledge of the English game.

Roeder wants the position of Director of Football at Cardiff City and will accept if an offer is made by Tan Sri. It was Glenn Roeder who advised Tan Sri about the attributes of Russell Slade and convinced Tan Sri that Slade is the manager Cardiff City need.

Russell Slade's two and a half year contract offer from Cardiff City includes huge financial incentives based on promotion. Slade's annual salary will rise considerably should he achieve promotion and there is also a one off end of season bonus for promotion also and his basic wage is £120,000 this season.

In the summer Tan Sri spoke about possible compromise of the kit if the club is promoted, the owner would be willing to introduce a red and blue striped kit like FC Barcelona and he believes that the majority of fans would accept this compromise as a way forward.

Have you seen the amount of Blue worn down the city these day's.Tan has shit on Cardiff City's history and tradition's.He has dismissed fan's complaints about his Madcap stupidity.And he has put his own culture before their's.Tan could have been a god in these part's.His name would have been sung from the rooftop's.But in one fell swoop he has made himself into the enemy.Now does that sound like intelligence.certain few. Said it many times that the colour of our shirt we play in is of no importance to me, my username was chosen when we played in blue it was as simple as that, but accept it means a hell of a lot to others.

I had hoped that Tan would eventually back down and go back to blue as branding aside, he has done a hell of a lot of good things for this club especially when you consider how many nightmare owners there have been out there. Deep down though, I have always believed that Tan's cultural background would not allow him to give in and return to blue. His offer of a compromise blue and red stripe shirt is as far as he can be seen to go in his attempt to appeasing the return to blue campaign whilst also accepting that the change to red hasn't worked.

Unfortunately Tan is way off here believing that a compromise shirt will have any affect on the return to blue campaign and its such a shame considering what Tan could have done for this club going forward that he will inevitably now leave us simply because he cannot publicly admit that he made a wrong business decision.

Nightmare owners. I have never know a nightmare like this.A real man has the ability to admit his mistakes and rectify them.Lesser men and Cowards do not.Tan is a ?

Why does Tan keep acting on advice from just a single person? Why doesn't he gather opinions from a wider group of people and then make decisions based on the majority consensus? If I didn't know an area of industry very well I wouldn't just find one person and take their views as gospel. I would look to gather as much opinion and views as possible and make my judgement based on those.
