Look on the plus side regarding Slade

HIs win percentage at Leyton Orient is amazing - 42%. He knows how to win games, and we have a squad full of players that can win games. I'm thinking he could become a bit of cult favourite for a season, I only see him as short term only got one crack at getting us up and then probably get replaced with a bigger name.

Our overpaid elite players will show Slade no respect at all.

You not get voted manager of the year twice if you are not a good manager. Clearly the guy has something to offer and league 1 had some big and decent sides last year so he gets a chance from me with no expectations from me. He is not a big name, the manager so many craved me included, but, he has a a disjointed squad of good players that right now need proven manager. He is could be a diamond of a find. Fingers crossed anyway!
