Guerra is a talented player.our service to him was appalling...He isn't going to win it in the air. Kimbo has lost all his confidence...No wonder! Young and Gabbs were largely responsible for the defeat by picking Maynard and Alfie as wingers and selecting Gabbs.

We haven't really dominated any midfield battles this season with 4, sometimes 5.
When I saw the starting line up last night the writing was well & truly on the wall....a midfield trio including Kimbo
The selection was clueless and whilst excepting Guerra was poor, there were many others!
Maynard & Le Fondre & probably Macheda have had more opportunities than Guerra yet in my opinion in the little that we have seen of him, he has looked more promising.
I'm angry that we may not see much more of Guerra, he must be a really poor trainer or something along those lines, the whole situation stinks of shit management! & don't get me started on Dikachoi

Your comment here mate is well out of kilter with everyone else. Every comment I've heard regarding Guerra in the short spells he's been played have been positive. I've seen all 3 rounds of the cup and he's had a bit more time in those than in any of our league games. He's always looked class, is full of running and has a great touch.

That's absolute bollocks!

The fact that Scott Young has been at the club for 20 years may explain the continuity of successive managers playing players out of position. Whitts was top scorer in the Championship as an AM, then along came Bellers and Rambo (loan) and DJ changes Whitts to a CM, LW and even LB, but mainly DM just to to incorporate him for his set pieces. In come MM and OGS and instead of consulting 25+ players they ask the coaching staff about players and are told Whitts is playing DM, hence the continuity of playing him out of position. I think Scott Young has to go especially after slating the players in public and it will help stop this continuity of playing players out of position.

Can tell he haven't been in the game long, pushing the blame and trying to take the blame from himself for playing 2 strikers on the wings. Don't try and put the blame on 2 foreign players, everyone was dire.. disorganised in midfield and the strikers I felt sympathy for.

Young you embarrassed us when you could have built on what we done Saturday. Inexperience but simple thing as playing 2 strikers on a wing, how stupid can you be.
