Very good point. This lad done far worse IMO . Nasty piece of work . Seems crazy to get someone like this in with no manager .

Massive signing, he will make a massive difference to our team exactly what we are lacking in our midfield,pace creativity and someone who can make things happen

What a disastrous signing this will be! The lad is scum and vastly overrated! He will never play to his full potential because of his attitude and off the pitch antics! He's a luxury player and when the chips are down he will go missing! He will disrupt the squad with his behaviour and will be a nightmare to manage!

The number of people who think this will be a good signing and the number of people who would welcome him (despite slagging Malky off at will) truly astounds me!

We need reliable characters, fighters, professionals, role models and leaders at this club! Morrison is the complete opposite! Stay well away!

Yes but at the time we found out, Malky had no influence on our club! This boy could do a job and pop a couple of goals in for us therefore he's simply a great signing!

Out-of-favour midfielder Ravel Morrison is poised to join Championship side Cardiff on loan, according to the Telegraph.

Morrison, who last started a first team game against Sheffield United in the Capital One Cup a month ago has largely been out of contention since the influx of new players at the club during the summer transfer window.

Talks over a potential loan move are said to have taken place today between West Ham and the Championship strugglers, who are currently under the temporary care of former Hammer Danny Gabbidon following the recent departure of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

The Bluebirds are said to be seeking an 'option to buy' as part of any deal whilst West Ham are reported to be keen on inserting a recall clause.

Morrison - whose only other appearance for the Hammers this season was in the 3-1 defeat to Southampton - spent the latter half of last season on loan at Queens Park Rangers, who decided against attempting to make the deal permanent upon their promotion to the Premier League.

Since moving to West Ham from Manchester United in January 2012, Morrison has made 17 starts in a total of 24 appearances for the club.

What has he done? from what I see at the moment, he has done nothing, don't you know the difference between alleged and guilty? innocent until proved guilty or is it the Merthyr way Guilty until proved innocent

Guys class when he wants to be but he blows hot and cold. Great if he turns up but I honestly can't see it happening, not in our squad. Another zaha probably as soon as we start struggling he'll be nowhere to be seen

weve had troubled players in the past chopra bothroyd just to name 2 they went on to be heroes for our club look at marlon king ched evans etc whilst I dont condone any of the sick things they have done tgey have served their time taken their punishment and should be now judged on footballing ability and attitude and theres no doubt if we get ravel in hes head and shoulders better that any midfielder we already got in our squad and I include daehli aswel

The point many are missing is that the Owners deemed Malkys racist texts to be non acceptable.

But crimes (alleged but plural) of violence against women are acceptable.

Different cultures from different parts of the world have different views on what is acceptable.

Racism is obviuosly a No No in the Far East, but violence in the home not so.

I just think its double standards.
