He has got to be given a chance if he becomes our manager, no one can say he,s not up for the job until he has at least 5/6 games under his bel, if not more.
With whats been said about his man management skills and that were also after a director of football i can see why they have gone for someone like him.
He will provide the mental/motivate side whist the DOF and him will work on transfers, training, and squad systems/playing style.
I've seen some shit down there over the past 3 decades, i don't think he can be any worse than some of them
