It's all about context. If I was placed in a high pressure situation which I didn't understand, you could be forgiven for calling me a clown. It doesn't make me stupid, although you could argue I made a stupid decision to allow myself to be there in the first place.

Dalman Tans Chairman advised Tan to employ Ole and Tan listened to Dalman.

By the sounds of things Tan needs to start surrounding himself by people he can trust, because all this "advice" he keeps getting is not exactly working for him. The rebrand, employing Ole, hopefully whoever is giving him advice on the new manager knows what they're on about.
