This squad isn't good enough to get us up.....The midfield is the weakest I've seen at the club for many years.....no fight no pace and not much skill, even Nathan Blake has said we need to bring in 3 or 4 midfielders on loan who have pace.

The aim is to not only get promoted but stay in the premiership. Jonesshad his chance and failed and even with this squad I think he would fail again.
