' Craig Noone and Ben Turner injury news... '

We’ll see how Craig Noone is today but I don’t think he’ll be available for tomorrow.

Ben will come back better and stronger from his injury. If you look at him in the gym he looks like Hulk Hogan!

He’ll come back into the team for sure!

' Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on...Bruno Manga '

Bruno Manga in African Cup of Nations action for Gabon

"Bruno Manga is available and he’s in my thoughts. I need to speak to him as he travelled a long way on Wednesday. I’ll make a decision tomorrow.

Grabban is very fast and needs to be contained, would like to see Manga who is supposedly very fast play for this reason.

Is this coming from ogs or are they just talking about that knock he had against england? If he played 90 min the other day i think he is fine but he might be rested as he's played a lot of games recently, just for precaution imo.

Speaking to the Official Site Cardiff manager said he was pleased with the side and he was pleased that he's now truly made it his team, but clearly he knows performances have to improve and we need to get a really good winning run going given our stated aims for the campaign.

Ex-Norwich winger Anthony Pilkington could be a danger for Neil Adams' Canaries today

NORWICH boss Neil Adams fears former Canary Anthony Pilkington could come back to haunt his side at Cardiff today.

Adams fears that former Canary Pilkington could undo his side today

Republic of Ireland winger Pilkington is looking forward to facing Norwich for the first time since his £1m summer switch.

And Adams said: "I'm sure Pilks will be fired up against us and it's always in the back of your mind that one of your former players will come back to hurt you."

Another former Canary standing in Adams' way is Cardiff goalkeeper David Marshall.

“He is fantastic and was absolutely outstanding for Cardiff last season in the Premier League”
Neil Adams
"He is fantastic and was absolutely outstanding for Cardiff last season in the Premier League," said Adams.

"He kept his team in so many games almost single handed and some of the saves he made were simply world class.

"In my opinion he was the best goalkeeper in the Premier League last season and he deserved all the plaudits that came his way."

Dominating so far, Jones hit the post and then we scored. Long way in the game to go yet but if we are 2-0 or 3-0 by half time think its job done!

Marshall have used at least 5 minutes on his goal kicks so far

Good first half, the attack that led to 2-0 was incredible. Think we are a bit to defensive at the end of first half, but really convincing play by us :thumbright: :bluescarf: :ole: :bluescarf:

Ref really seeing to influence this game... Lots of missed calls despite how many fouls Norwich already have. Should be more and yellows IMO by now.

Bbc commentators saying Macheda not doing the job he has been given and is the reason Norwich have got back into the game.
