Funny you should say that, i was speaking to a very high ranking member of the Cardiff council last weekend. He knows Tan personally via certain dealings between the two and he said similar. Tan is starting to waver, he is still clinging onto the hope that the fans will see sense but is getting increasingly despondent by the refusal to accept it. He told me to watch this space. I still think we should be fighting for it it louder than ever to leave him in no doubt

He changes our 100 year identity and shows no respect for our clubs heritage and he's still hoping that WE will see sense.

Do you know him personally ? I agree he gives the overall say after all he is the main shareholder, however my own opinion is he has been wrongly advised and along with other board members the decision was made!

I have stated on another post on this thread that I believe he is and has been ill advised but he's by no means stupid, in fact he's apparently a very intelligent man and is also a very shroud and successful business man which I don't doubt. I am aware of the group of people or "yes" men that make decisions but it's like any company, if the owner wants to make a change to that company he can and will.

I disagree it's more like a committee run club with a chairman, the committee make the decisions but the chairman is at the head of the table. But of course if the majority vote then that's what goes..

I run a business, I'm the sole share holder so if I go there tomorrow and say for example to a member of staff please could you paint the walls red, it gets done... However if I go into my local club where I'm a member (which also makes me a shareholder) and say I would like the walls painted red it goes infront of a committee and "they" decide that is the difference.

Obviously the person with the biggest share has more pull!
