Giving an average manager an exceptional budget to get us promoted to the Premiership?
Buying good players with sell on value?
Sorting the pitch out?
Increasing the capacity?
Getting rid of the egg?
Getting rid of Langstone?
Getting rid of PMG?
Being proven right in sacking Malky and Moody?
Ensuring we get good value for our players after our relegation?
Buying a squad that is full of quality and hopefully will take us back to the Premiership?
Anymore for anymore?
Sshhhhhh people wants the fans to forget all that and chant 'Tan Out'
Gav, another potential problem here is Tan is unlikely to budge if people keep refer to it as (quote one wag): "if Tan admits his mistake"
He's hardly likely to do that and IF (and I don't think it will) it were to happen, then it will be done on HIS terms and not those of a few disgruntled fans who are too pig-headed to admit their own mistakes on a number of Tan/CCFC related matters!
Personally, I think Tan has played a 'blinder' on this one and I think can see "the tide is turning"
That puts him in a very strong position (as if he wasn't already) which has potential for some sort of conciliatory action so long as it is given in return

Increase the capacity with a red stand.
Still no debt to equity as promised.
Failed to sack Malky earlier if he knew all this was going on.
Why did he not sort out the racism in the club when we were pushing for promotion?
Depends how you look at things I suppose.

FFs he would not have enforced the rebrand had the fans not gone back to him wanting the £100 million investment. We fucked up not Tan. Tan was straight all the time. Was giving it, took it back once a backlash came, gave it back when we decided we wanted the investment.

WISE UP mate. That's exactly the attitude that's stopping us achieving a move back to blue.
What makes you think that you are in any position to change Tan's mind with that kind of approach is beyond me.
And you say it like you're speaking on behalf of all city fans. I reality that kind of stupid approach won't get us anywhere.

It's a little more complicated than you suggest but in essence you're right - Cardiff City fans, in the main, and reluctantly or otherwise accepted the investment (which is, of course, actually debt charged at 7% interest) in exchange for a significant part of the club's identity.
Apart from a handful of us who have boycotted the club since May 2012, Cardiff City fans have financially propped up Vincent Tan's rebrand by going through the turnstiles. I am trying not to sound holier than thou because I personally have an awful lot of friends who hate the rebrand but felt unable to give up their football fix. Maccydee is right though - Cardiff City fans most certainly did have a choice and the overwhelming majority voted with their feet and continued to attend matches. It's also fair to say that as much as many supporters continued to hate the rebrand, they were still on the pitch and at the City centre parade in May 2013 celebrating the promotion of the bastardised club.
Let's have some honesty here too, until a brave lady called Sian Branson took matters into her own hands, there was barely a murmur of protest for the first year either. The worse things got on the pitch, the bluer the fanbase got. Funny that...

My choice was to keep going to games and where blue in the early days of the rebrand I felt heavily out numbered with fans in red the worst being the free red scarf game. That game almost brought me to tears for the see of red I saw. The other low was promotion everyone running on the pitch going mad while I sat in the stands gutted be because it was my childhood dream to play in the top flight against the giants in football. In red it was all wrong didn't feel at all right infact I felt that the ccfc I followed since 1978 had gone.
I have never stopped going to games as my children although hated the red wanted to watch city.i have always supported ccfc through think and thin so I thought no man colour or anything is pushing me away.
My resolve is being tested every game as I love my team but hate the badge and colour of the shirts the go against the symbol of ccfc which is blue all my pride and passion is devoted to it actually hurts me to see it but ive never turned my back on my team even in these times which I think have been the hardest supporting ccfc in over 30 years.
I dont understand in my opinion how people say vt has been good for ccfc.he changed are proud identity just to suit his own culture and preferences.
We owe tan well over 100 million pounds which is a terrible position to be in as a football club.i also believe tan went out of his way to ruin malky maybe to propel himself up in the thoughts of fans .
Malky did wrong I no put sorry tan is just a creepy school prefect.
Anyway I just wanted to say tan for me has ruined my club and I dont believe he wiil ever change us back to blue which is why I want tan Out
