I'm well aware of that. if anyone on the board pushed it then they are just as bad, but Pass the buck along all you like. Tan wanted this club red & disregarded the fans and disrespected the club traditions and identity when doing so.

So you know this to be fact? Same old chuckles, blinkers on cannot see the wood through the trees wasn't you one of the fist pumpers not so long back? Now look what's come out about Malky... Only time will tell if I prove to be correct!

Totally agree here, it's always been rumoured that it was Malky that was fleecing the Club and it's FANS for his own pocket lining along with Moody.

Tans advisors I'm sure we're all just YES men when he suggested the colour change as he knew nothing about how the footballing world worked.

Great post previously of banners suggesting that Tan can be the clubs hero if he were to change the colour back to BLUE, once he sees this with his own eyes I guarantee it will make him think as it would anyone.

But who briefed him... Open your eyes, look no further than the current chairman who's power and influence within the club I cannot understand! Annis agreed with me in a previous post reference his current connections with Manchester United, don't you think it's a bit strange his pa has departed without any explanation or focus in the media?

Apparantly this is a good post from what others have said. Unfortunately, I couldn't be bothered to read past the subject heading. If you want to respect a man who makes us play in red carry on but I won't.

This latest exposé about Malky, if proved correct, and lets me completely honest here...... it probably is true, you can come to that conclusion by the fact that Malky dropped his compensation claims and issued that grovelling apology to VT that he had major skeletons in his closet.

Vincent Tan has stayed tight lipped on this matter since saying that 'one day the truth will come out' and you've got to respect the fact that he could have leaked this story at any time up until now, even when facing all that critism during the 'Don’t sack Malky' chants, how easy would it have been, although it probably would have jeopardised the legal case to leak some info and put Malkys nail in his coffin as CCFC boss much earlier than he did?

Lads, let’s start to realise that life under VT isn’t to bad at all, a professionally run football club were we don’t have to worry too much about finances and being put out of business due to a couple of million begin owned to HMRC, as well as being active in the transfer market!

Time to show Tan the respect he deserves, amicable negotiations on the kit colour, a COMPLETE END to the disrespect shown to VT when he is present at home games, and end to the constant questioning of his decision making, and I call for CCST and Walesonline to give him some respect to instead of the constant bad headlines about the direct VT is taking the club.

Good post Gav. 100% agree im stunned with Moody and Malkys goings on and im embarrassed i stayed behind at Anfield singing for him not to be sacked. The both of them are a disgrace to our club but thats just my opinion.

Im sure someone will say otherwise, but ive read alot and heard on the breakfast talksport show that Steve Parish and Malky/moody are big mates, and are often seen out together for evenings out. So turn to turn your back on your mates like that sounds like Tan has found the smoking gun.

Obviously Badge/Colour wise, VT has left alot to be desired, But hes done a hell of alot of good aswell.

Tan did not do this for any "right" reasons, he did it for his own benefit.
What do you mean by flushing out Malky and Moody? All clubs have dodgy financial dealings and agents that are bleeding the sport dry, allowing the likes of Tan to take over clubs and destroy their history and traditions.

They have turned into the "right" reasons though!

All clubs dont have dodgy financial dealings, more and more are stopping paying agents where absolutely possible, and laying it at the selling club, or player to pay them. We dont want to have managers and sporting directors or whatever moody was at that time to be at our club, racism is not welcome in the world now, people have evolved. Nevermind whatelse he has supposedly done with the finances.

I agree Nobby, nobody likes to see a manager sacked at our club when he had got us promoted, esp as we didnt know the full facts and could only go off the results on the pitch, but after the abuse VT has taken for the decision, its only right he is applauded for getting rid of both. People dont seem to have standards in life now.

Why the f**k does Malky allegedly being a homophobic, racist and sexist have anything to do with peoples opinion of Tan?

People don't dislike Tan because of his hatred for Malky, they dislike him for turning our club into a mini Man Utd. I don't see the correlation between the two :dontknow:

I'm a million % BLUE and will never accept the red. Neither have I been a fan of Tan. However, I feel the man deserves respect and apologies on this issue. I think he has done what we all would have in these circumstances. He had a moral and possibly legal reason to disclose these findings.

I think maybe we should unfurl banners directed at him next time he's in town, along the lines of:

"Sorry Mr. Tan. You were right and we were wrong about Malky"

This would be the decent thing to do and, as other posters have mentioned, its possible it could lead to positive dialogue about our blue aspirations.

We could also sing a little ditty like:

"Thanks for sacking Mackay,
Milky Mackay,
We just didn't understand,
If you didn't sack Mackay,
Milky Mackay,
We'd end up in Cloud Cuckoo land"

Vincent Tan has never disrespected you, he made a bad decision on the assumption it would help the club financially by increasing profits in Asia, he was wrong, it never happened as he planned, he has offered consultation with the CCST with a view to compromise on the kit for next season. He has shown you alot more respect by investing in the club you support and saving us from financial meltdown than you have shown him with your idiotic and thoughtless abuse towards him.
