If you're going to sue anyone (which imo you shouldn't be as it's ludicrous), then shouldn't you be suing the person who leaked the info rather than the person/club enquiring after it?

He was an employee of palace which makes both liable! tbh nj its about a principle palace tried to gain an adavantage by breaking a rule of premier league! Tan is just out to prove point wether its worth it thats tans choice & right as owner of club. Its nothing to do with us being relegated its about tan wanting pound of flesh or moodies in this case.

Yes it was! Apparantly palace did not want to be embroiled in court case involving malky, moody and tan as it would interfere with transfer window and signing players! Really bad luck on malky!

Great news, they tried underhanded tactics and got caught out, time to pay the price. I would imagine being a billionaire businessman Mr Tan has some fairly good legal representation.

In normal circumstances I'd say we were being pathetic and to let it lie. However it is palace and I have an irrational dislike of them so sue them and get as much from them as possible.

Absolutely!

Irrespective of the fact that there would only have been a 6 point swing and we would have gone down anyway you have to consider the timing if the game! If we had win and Palace lost the momentum would have been with us and not them! Season may have ended totally different. Take 3 points off them and give them to us and other clubs stand to lose or make millions!
