It certainly doesn't look cheap.
But you can have your tacky statement. For the purposes of sanity I would rather call it quirky.

If you bare in mind the pattern was an attempt to give something back to the fans perhaps the club will listen this time if the majority want it changed.
Its only moving a few plastic seats to turn the design into the sponsors name.

In my humble view, we now have a ground many of our Championship rivals (plus one or two from the Premiership) would give their right hands for.
I recognise that some get really wound up about the red seats, but personally I think it takes the blandness away from the seating, and adds some overall colour. Before anyone jumps down my throat and says the new tier could have been white or yellow, maybe so. However, for me I think that would have looked a bit insipid.

seat colours don't bother me, the shirt colour bothers me

I like the

i think its a decent touch to liven things up a little bit, would look very dull with plain seating.

Do laugh tho at some all u want to do us harp on about heritage and they put ayatollah design in them, which is our identity and you still moan... I couldn't work at city whatever they do people will always moan lol
Ironically, Ryan "Blue", all you do is moan about Cardiff fans caring about our true colours
Perhaps cos I'm Fukin bored shitless of it now

i think people are seeing past the fact that its not our original colours and seeing it as just a new stand in a football ground. And by those standards it looks pretty damn good.
apart from the colours (which is an offshoot of the rebrand anyway) what about it is a pisstake?

nothing mate, we are very lucky to have a random slab of red seats in our blue stadium

here's a question, if you thought the new red kit looked impressive would you buy it?

As a new stand I think it looks good mixing up the colours like they do abroad quite a lot. The meaning behind ours is all wrong which is the main problem, as is the ayatollah which has long had it's day.

My thoughts exactly!! Shame about the red seating and we won't be able to fill it all however!

I detest any red kit, completely different scenario, what I think is impressive is the structure more than the colour of the seats which while there is much more blue in total I'm ok with,if and when the day comes when the stadium is all red then that will be the end of seeing CCFC at home for me,which I've been doing since 1969

People need to be careful what they are appreciating here. Complacency is setting in here and before you know..... it well be careful what you wish for.
Do you want us all to lie?

It's just opinions Laz. We can't all have the same one otherwise the internet and the world would be pretty boring.
