In the end, it is one of those decisions where the manager must take full responsibility for the warfare of the player and more importantly, the squad as a whole. He is a real talent and would be a major asset this year, but his antics (allegedly) off the field need to be stopped.
I guess it's your call Ole.

Ole is known in Norway to be very demanding and not afraid to take desicions that is unpopular with both players and fans. But he has experience with wasted talent from before and could be the guy to get people on the right track.
In Molde he bought one of the most hated players from Norway. Tommy Høiland, supertalent who was in the books of many PL clubs from the age of 13-16. He was 24 and had not achieved shit all in his football life due to his lifestyle and personality when Ole bought him.
Been released or given away for free from most clubs he has been in. On the field he was unsporty as hell and fined several times for vulgar behaviour like the latest one where he pretended to be jerking off on a player who he tackled hard. Filed charges against for punching other players, fighting on training, not showing up for training, diving constantly and more yellow cards than goals +++
Off the field he was a face you saw every week on the clubs partying. In interviews he talked shit about team mates, manager and club owners. Had the "im the coolest guy in the world" attitude and his looks seemed the most important thing in his life..
Ole bought him for 100k which was alot in Norway for a player most had written off. Somehow he got him back on track and he is now showing a more grown side and scoring goals. If Ravel is more of a lost cause is the questioned i have tho. But if he can be saved i am fully confident in Ole`s ability of communicating and getting the best out of people.
No one believed he could get Kenwyne fit either. He was the big, lazy striker with bad morale who came to Cardiff for retirement money. Seems Ole has gotten him in his best form for ages so i hope he could do something similar to Ravel.

Remember him tearing Spurs apart last season.
