He rarely played Noone as Noone didn't fit into his defensive 901 formation.

Agreed, but it didn't change here. Someone suggested that only 1 MM signing would play compared to 3 DJ signings & it felt that it was fair to point out that two more MM signings would have surely featured, if fully fit.

He played Noone on many occasions, but that's not the debate here. They were Mackay signings and would have featured if fit, no doubt.

'If' this is the main reason why they left then it is a bold move by OGS because by doing this it also cuts the wage bill by whether it will pay off I hope so but doubt it

That sounds over dramatic. This malky vs ole thing is more in the fans mind I suspect.
Every new manager wants to bring in his own players. Most of those that left were always gonna leave when we went down. That's the main reason we lost players, happens to every relegated club. Some of the others left because they dont fit into his playing style I guess. After all malky and ole have completely different ideas about football. Need different type players for oles style of football.

Maybe but even the better Malkys players would be better than many who are at the club at the moment

Well exactly but really is Cardiff much better than the likes of Leicester even if they will be in the Prem for one season
