Deep down I look at em and think you fooking sell out and you can't give a shit for our history and identity. But it's a free world and it ain't anyone's place to give them grief. A bit like when you walk around and see someone wearing a Liverpool or Manure top you think you sad b*stard but you never abuse them. Hopefully these fans will see the new trust shirts or the other alternate shirts and buy them instead. :bluescarf: :bluescarf:

Me and my boy will wear red if that's what Cardiff are playing in at home regardless of what abuse that might get thrown my way. If they go back to blue all the better, but that WILL NOT happen under Tan.

My favorite kit for home would be the Blue with white and yellow strip, would love that to be the home kit.

We are ALL Cardiff City fans and the fact that we are in the stadium supporting the team is proof of that and what colour any other supporter chooses to wear is their business. Personally I hate the red and will always wear BLUE and I also believe that we have to keep the 19.27 protest and Blue songs going so that Vincent Tan is fully aware of our feelings so that he might eventually see sense!

All this can be done while still giving the team and the Manager 100% backing never mind which colour you are wearing if we all unite this season it might just give us those extra points to make us Top 2 and get us back into the Premiership :old: :bluescarf:

Perhaps I could try and answer the question why do some fans still wear red - at least for one group anyway!

Speaking as someone who is quite a bit bigger than the average CCFC fan - the reason I will be wearing a red City shirt this season is because neither of the blue shirts being offered are currently made in my size - 64" Chest FFS!!!!!

I would absolutely love to wear blue and would probably never show my red shirt to the sunlight ever again but until the blue shirts are offered in larger sizes such as the size that fits me, then I have no alternative if I want to wear my team's colours that to wear a red shirt!!

PS. Tan and his gang have clearly stolen a march over the anti rebranding movement by ensuring that the club shop red shirts are available in a much wider size range than are the blue shirts. I wonder how many other 'blue' fans are stuck with red like me because of the size issue?

Apart from suggesting the obvious diet - can anyone help in redressing this size issue please!?

Thats fair enough but please answer me this question why don't you get the official blue away shirt or are you meaning that they don't do your size in that one. Alternately you can order two trust shirts and sow em together :laughing6: :laughing6:

Yes you are right - biggest the club do the official blue away shirt is in a 50" chest.

As regards ordering 2 Trust shirts and sewing them together - it would be a good idea if I had four arms - but thanks for the suggestion anyway lol!! Red its got to be then for the time being!

Not sure why you have to wear actual CCFC related clothes and not just a standard blue polo but there you go.

Don't agree with red at home but it's still our teams shirt and yes I own a red shirt and I wear it and I have wore it in the stadium aswell few time actually, don't give a f**k of the stares etc people wanna give me, it's the teams home colour for now full stop, it is wrong but it's the way it is under tan, should forget about the home shirt anyway and focus on supporting ole and the boys

What happens if I wear the Yellow kit?!!!
Or the Black kit?

Since the rebrand I always rotate kits game by game as people always get me a ccfc shirt for my birthday. Its an official kit, so where's the problem, and it keeps myt friends and family happy.

Granted I'm still waiting for my CCFC Trust shirt (now in to week 8!!) and I'll probably wear that more this season, but come winter, when its bloody cold and I'm wearing my think winter (non CCFC) red coat - what then?!!!! Does that mean I'm a target of abuse? I spent good money on a Glamorgan fleece a few months back - its red....what if I decide to wear that to a game to keep me warm?!

Re: Your approach to fans who wear red this season?

I wear blue to most games these days, but to be honest when we played in blue I wore whatever, coulda been red, blue, yellow, green, anything as it never crossed my mind.

When I see people wearing the red city kits it annoys me as I think 'why?!' but then I've spoke with plenty of people in red shirts before after and during games and they've been just as passionate supporters as anyone else, so why should we judge people for what they choose to wear? Yes it annoys me but I don't know them and wearing blue doesn't make me superior to them, we're all entitled to our own point of view and opinion, let's just all be fans together and enjoy the crazy ride!

Let's face it, there's much bigger issues in the world than the colour someone chooses to wear at a Championship football game!

Robins that is the most sensible post I have read on this issue, why anybody HAS to wear there club colours to a match is beyond me, to me it is just like a load of sheep, I can understand kids wearing them because they like to have heroes, but in saying that it is a persons choice and I wouldn't dream of tell ing them what clothes or colours to wear, it is just that I wouldn't do it. I am still passionate about Cardiff City as much as anyone else, you don't go for as long as some of us have if you weren't, lets support the team with loads of noise, and put this thing on the back burner for now, and support the boys.
