Hopefully if he does stay with us he will provide the presence and goals to help Cardiff City get promoted

Sorry but the club signed him. Gave him the contract, and the dough, knowing he is one lazy mother fooker. Tan has got to take it. We as fans didn't sign him Tan and his staff did. Buck stops with them. Sorry but as a Club we still ain't learning with these transfers. And our debt is getting bigger by the second.

Who'd want to take him on allegedly 37K per week, wouldn't be surprised if we are stuck with this one.

Referring to a target man as lazy, goes to show the knowledge of some.

Target men are not like your Campbell's.

Seen him at cardiff central station on tuesday. He said hes not going any where and cant wait for the season. Just hope he puts more effort into his performances this season. Not a fan but could a be a plan b to fetch on if nothing else is working and pump the ball into him. Not good for anything else unfortunately :sleepy2:

As annoying as it is to have him here, we are lucky he wasnt given a longer contract i suppose.

He might do the biss in the championship.

Jones wages are ridiculous but he could be an asset for us in the championship.

he could be but will he ever play ? how many strikers do we have now lol

He's got plenty of experience of the championship and he gives us a different option up front which is why he was brought in.

You would think he would be capable of bullying the defenders in this league.

£37,500 a week  :o

Tan wants him gone.

Kenwyne Jones has travelled to Austria as he is part of the furniture :o

Who signed him? That's the question

But the tits we have who know jack crap about Football seem to think your striker has to be the same mould as Campbell.

Chuckles, like most target men. We had Jay Bothroyd who could either be uncontrollable on his day but the other day he would be lazy as a Koala Bear.

What's that got to do with Kenwyne Jones? Please don't try and compare the two.

I am just saying both are considered target men, every target man has more laziness than hard work these days.

If we are stuck with him then lets capitalise. Get him to work his ass off in pre season and who knows could be a big it in this league. Hopefully

Jones is def still under contract and its going to be tough for him with the amount of strikers we now have.

All the players that arrived in January .........hadnt played a lot of football { therefore were not match fit }......found themselves in the middle of a dejected group with little confidence.........and in a daunting run of immediate fixtures......
i think both the new manager and those players deserve a second chance..............

Tend to agree here.

I remember when Jones first appeared on the scene. All the pundits were saying he was a find of the season. He soon went off the boil. I presonally felt he was not premier quality once he was sussed out. I have a feeling he will remain in the Championship until his career comes to an end.
