I was one of those who thought Malky should have been given the chance to at least see the season out before deciding his future. Obviously there were things going on in the background that we knew nothing about, and it appears that his sacking was not just about performances on the pitch. If Malky was as good a manager as some still believe, you would think there would be quite a few clubs fighting for his services. The fact he is still out of work after all this time, plus his very public apology suggests that Tan may have been right to get rid of Malky and Moody when he did.
