What I mean to say is, will VT be less lightly to be willing to meet the Trust after sending emails like this and promoting the alternative shirts?
As a Trust board member Gavin I am sure that this is not a Trust initiative , and I don`t even know how it got on to our website (I am currently trying to find out). If people want to cover the red seats that`s entirely their choice , but not something the Trust is either promoting or criticising - we haven`t even discussed it.
The promotion of the alternative shirts is an entirely different manner as it is an issue supported by the vast majority of our members and , as it happens , unanimously by the Trust board members.

Totally agree, Gavin![]()
The so-called Trust should be above such things and (not for the first time) are haphazardly shooting themselves in the proverbial foot IF that statement is correct
They (the so-called Trust) may feel there is mileage in appeasing the (not so many as some would like us to believe) vocalists who bleat on about anything and everything connected to red rather than accepting the many positives that come out of this whole situation, such as the fact that we now have a stadium to be very proud of (good enough to host a major European Final, i.e. the Super Cup) and how this club has, in reality, moved forward in so many positive ways in recent years
YES, THE RETURN TO BLUE IS STILL AN ISSUE TO BE DEALT WITH, but one thing experience has shown me in the past is that the more immature and spiteful the 'attack' on the hierarchy, the more entrenched they become![]()
I would have thought previous experiences would have shown us that by now!

it is human nature..........if someone or some group offend you, if your the one with the power, your stance becomes stronger...if someone came on this board every day calling the owner and mods wankers ,cunts and dictators for their views...are they most likely to compromise on their views...or ban the abuser?
Tan cab see the lack of red and the blue growing.. and also he knows shop sales are massively down in a season that ought to have been a record..........the point has been made....

good thinking.............the only upper hand the Trust could have here is to come across as being more reasonable than he is.........im afraid this seat covers thing is more mental than the Marshall scoring yarn, only this one happens to be 100%true..not hear say..........
