It was around that figure, remember we had a 30m wage bill in the Championship, our 2011/2012 team had the same amount of wages of the 2010/2011 team, so our players were on big money. Luckily Ole is still trying to attract players but lowering the wage bill

Apparently Liverpool laughed at Caulkers demands and immediately put a halt to the transfer couple of weeks ago .

You'd also hope they all had wage cuts in their contracts for getting relegated, (which they bloody well should have) but from what we've seen ref. release clauses, loyalty bonuses etc.. then it looks like their contracts were written by their agents and just signed by Moody/Lim.
