To Annis: Somewhat agree with you on that point. Be curious to see if the club try to push match day ticket office sales to the new stand, but I'm not even sure how they could really manage that without charging much less per game than what the current season ticket holders will be paying up there (was it £580 or was it higher?). Either way, if I was a season ticket holder on that stand, I'd be keeping an eye on how much the club are charging people to sit there each week, personally.

Because City have increased the price of season tickets, match day tickets are going to be expensive for Championship football and that worries me.

worries me too.............i honestly thought they might have made an adjustment to price, i might be wrong,but dont think it would have cost a lot to lower the price and do refunds to those already bought.....id have thought the vast majority are on price freeze anyway

City got this one wrong big time in my opinion, South Wales is not a rich area and it is Championship football.

do you have any idea what the breakdown of STs is.......price freeze..and full price.......i cant imagine much more than 2000 at full price, might be wrong........but a 50 quid refund to 2000 people is £100,000........that would give the club a bit of lee way for match days

I dont, I just know by the end of May it was 14,000 including Premier Seats, but you never know in June more sales? we had new signings.

From what I'm hearing sales are slow, the level 4 premier club have lost a lot of members. The increase for myself is around £160 after I have my age discount. (not available before on original contract) had it not been for the discount it would have been £350 ish. Also as an original member (paid a joining fee of (£1400) I get 4 free tickets as a compromise of sorts. Not
happy but I was aware the original contract was over 5 yrs so cant really complain. I do my level best to look at it from all sides and having supported the club for over 60 yrs I wont stop until I cant make it. I will say that in fairness to the Club
Tan kept his word with the price freeze when people were concerned he wouldn't. I'm not all together convinced the color has cost that many renewals, its relegation and the cost, I would say 70% at least. Good start (up to OGS) to get it right and I think things could pick up, I hope so as success on the field will bring the missing fans back. We certainly have an interesting season ahead of us. Its for sure the first time in a couple of years our season tickets are going to be well South of 20.000.

Is that the post where they tried to make out that gomis had never scored 20 goals in a season and then it transpired he did with 25 last season and 22 the year before chubs? Or that we wouldnt offer gomis a massive signing on fee like i said and then it gets reported everywhere that its exactly what we did?

If the reason I was banned was for 'ruining the forum' what we are hearing is that people are leaving in their droves because of you, even I mostly skip threads where i see you posting as it's mostly uninformed inane drivel.
