what so others on this topic haven't had any problems then have they..?

The bottom line is renters are just dreamers who want to live in certain areas yet can't afford it

what are you f*cking talking about!

some people cant afford to buy a house... does this make them all scum bags? no of course not. but yes some of them are.

At the end of the day you own your own home, and youre a f*cking scumbag, if i was renting a place next to you i'd want to f*cking move.

People who rent don't give a f**k about the area and property they live in and bring the area down. FACT hence why the right to buy first started so that people would look after their communities better because owning a property gives you that mindset. FACT

I'm not self promoting, it's a fellow City fan who I'm assisting, as a favour.

As for spelling, I pull up one individual who believes he's a cut above the rest. For example, look at his last post in this thread. You may believe he's right in generalising about such people. I don't.

As for being a dick.....coming from you I'll take it as a compliment. Talking of dick's......have you reported any pub landlords recently?

well just a word of warning, it reads as if you're suggesting that the reason they are boozing and have loads of kids is BECAUSE of their respective nationalities. Im sure this wasn't the case but thats how it comes across, you've volenteered 2 pieces of info and they appear related

How odd. My username makes me look like a gypo? Given your general outlook on people it's hardly surprising you generalise so often.

I was being polite when I said "it makes you look like a dick." You are one!

My point is, you spend most of your time running down people whilst you try to boost your own image. You fail badly.

For £13k per year!!!! Give me a break it was more hassle than what its worth!!! However actually go into any Council Estate and you will see my point because its more evident there than anywhere. Just by walking down a street you will know whos brought their house and who hasn't. It may not be very pc but what Im saying is right.

Also for your information it is also a fact that more homeowners actually vote and non-homeowners for a number of reasons but I would say one of them is because homeowners care more about the community.

oh my days what a pile of horseshit.

id love for you to walk down my street, knock on a few doors and say "i reckon you've rented this house sonny"

you would find it too much hassle as representing the one of the poorest communities in the country probably requires a modicum of compassion for your fellow man. not judging them on their f*cking house.

Yes they do, very rare would you see people who rent look after the property as if it was theirs. Whenever renters move out you would often see maintenance guys sorting out the gardens, drives and private parking spaces plus repairs to the inside of the property before it goes back onto the market.

When I was renting down here I took offence that the residents get together were for home owners only but now being a home owner I can fully understand their point.

I have rented all my life, maybe that was a mistake but I take pride in my home.Dont tarr everyone with the same brush!
