Because people put money and short terms faux "success" over the wellbeing of the club.

I genuinely think if a poll was put to your fans "Premier League for the next 10 years and then extinction" or "league 2 for the next 50 years and the club be fine" option 1 would be chosen by an alarming % of people.

Thats if the poll was done privately a la election voting. People tend to say what they think they should say in here rather than their true feelings.

Implying cardiff would be the only club to do that, if swansea were in the exact same situation you'd do the same

correct,besides long term well being isnt anything to do with fans....Jenkins,Morgan and co could at anytime decide to cash in for a big pay day.............the next owner,could be an even better owner,or a complete lunatic.......fans have very little control over finances..
