I genuinely think if a poll was put to your fans "Premier League for the next 10 years and then extinction" or "league 2 for the next 50 years and the club be fine" option 1 would be chosen by an alarming % of people.
Thats if the poll was done privately a la election voting. People tend to say what they think they should say in here rather than their true feelings.
Implying cardiff would be the only club to do that, if swansea were in the exact same situation you'd do the same

I agree. How dare fans want to see their club in it's true colours and identity.
is the reason you didn't quote the whole comment because you realised you'd look a bit stupid?
you can't have it all, the fans wanted investment, the fans wanted someone to pay HMRC, the fans wanted a new stadium, the fans wanted prem football. It comes at a cost.
its easy for me and you to sit here and say "i'd be happy in league 2" because for loyal fans its true, but on the whole football fans are demanding of their owners and that is a culture that needs to change. Unfortunatly CCFC is the cautionary tale

I was there from the start. Chaired 2 public meetings, spoke on radio regarding the issue, drafted up a petiton with over 1,000 sigs, built a following of support on social media, drafted letters for others regarding rebrand. set up a website. Attended other meetings, spoke at meetings, tried to organise a "Blue Tuesday" during the infamous scarf gate game...
Okay, it may not have done much, but I tried and DID something for what I believe in.
What did you do? Telling people to grow a pair when you did even less than them.![]()

AlwaysBBlue wrote:where am i justifying it???? you're a f*cking moron chuckles. just because someone doesnt agree with everything you say then they're justifying it.
all im saying is fans (especially new fans) want success above all else, and they hound out owners and managers until they get it. im not saying its justified, im not saying it SHOULD have ever happened. I'm saying that if fans keep pushing out owners in favor of richer ones who are willing put more money in the club then something like this will eventually happen. because most people with a lot of money rather enjoy running things they're own way.
but yeah, because im not calling tan a dictator and hurling abuse at him then i'm 'justifying the rebrand' ... have a word you complete clown

Anyone who has carried on going to matches are supporting Tan, and you can justify it rationalise it or deny it..but you can't get away from it....that money goes to tan which is supporting his reign.
What I liked about TVB was he said he would not support tan, so he stopped going to matches stopped posting and moved on in his life.
Can't wait for Blackburn game.

Chuckle did do the things hes said and fair play to him.as for people supporting tan at te start most did to my disbelief but that was up to them.for me like chuckle from day one of the rebrand ive hated it thats me. If people now change there minds in there thousands to turn against te rebrand then I welcome that. The tide has turned and tan is now up to his neck soon to be sunk along with his rebrand

i know its an on going discussion and each to there own. But anyone who can just walk away from the club because things arent going their way there just baffle me. i love the club too much to walk away. Im not saying they dont, but ill always be there to support the team
