I genuinely think if a poll was put to your fans "Premier League for the next 10 years and then extinction" or "league 2 for the next 50 years and the club be fine" option 1 would be chosen by an alarming % of people.

Thats if the poll was done privately a la election voting. People tend to say what they think they should say in here rather than their true feelings.

Implying cardiff would be the only club to do that, if swansea were in the exact same situation you'd do the same

correct, besides long term well being isnt anything to do with fans....Jenkins,Morgan and co could at anytime decide to cash in for a big pay day.............the next owner, could be an even better owner,or a complete lunatic.......fans have very little control over finances..

is the reason you didn't quote the whole comment because you realised you'd look a bit stupid?

you can't have it all, the fans wanted investment, the fans wanted someone to pay HMRC, the fans wanted a new stadium, the fans wanted prem football. It comes at a cost.

its easy for me and you to sit here and say "i'd be happy in league 2" because for loyal fans its true, but on the whole football fans are demanding of their owners and that is a culture that needs to change. Unfortunatly CCFC is the cautionary tale

I was there from the start. Chaired 2 public meetings, spoke on radio regarding the issue, drafted up a petiton with over 1,000 sigs, built a following of support on social media, drafted letters for others regarding rebrand. set up a website. Attended other meetings, spoke at meetings, tried to organise a "Blue Tuesday" during the infamous scarf gate game...

Okay, it may not have done much, but I tried and DID something for what I believe in.

What did you do? Telling people to grow a pair when you did even less than them. :D :D

Chuckle did do the things hes said and fair play to him.as for people supporting tan at te start most did to my disbelief but that was up to them.for me like chuckle from day one of the rebrand ive hated it thats me. If people now change there minds in there thousands to turn against te rebrand then I welcome that. The tide has turned and tan is now up to his neck soon to be sunk along with his rebrand

where am i justifying it???? you're a f*cking moron chuckles. just because someone doesnt agree with everything you say then they're justifying it.

all im saying is fans (especially new fans) want success above all else, and they hound out owners and managers until they get it. im not saying its justified, im not saying it SHOULD have ever happened. I'm saying that if fans keep pushing out owners in favor of richer ones who are willing put more money in the club then something like this will eventually happen. because most people with a lot of money rather enjoy running things they're own way.

but yeah, because im not calling tan a dictator and hurling abuse at him then i'm 'justifying the rebrand' ... have a word you complete clown

The only ones that get my total respect are TLG, ELY....and top of the pile for me.....Thames Valley Bluebird.

Anyone who has carried on going to matches are supporting Tan, and you can justify it rationalise it or deny it..but you can't get away from it....that money goes to tan which is supporting his reign.

What I liked about TVB was he said he would not support tan, so he stopped going to matches stopped posting and moved on in his life.

Can't wait for Blackburn game. :bluescarf:

Aye this is the evil man who pays into charity and helps sick kids, wise up,ok he's fuked with something he shouldn't have but he's not evil he's just not interested in ppls thoughts and beliefs but he's not evil, saying all that tho I don't want him to go just want our blue shirts back,if we had stayed blue and never rebranded we would all think tan is great but his thoughts on the rebrand is what has made ppl not like him that and the debt to equity promise being broken but if the rebrand didn't happen would ppl be as vocal,I'll be honest I'd take a debt free club to play in red but he's not kept that side of the bargain and that's what I don't like and I think that's what got the fight for blue to gather pace,no Cardiff fan will have ever wanted red but that doesn't make him evil Cardiff fans wanted a debt free club that's not happened again doesn't make him evil just a lying c**t,let's just get behind the boys this yr tho and do another protest at the end the season and hopefully a new owner will come in next yr and put things right

yes the tide of hypocrites............the time to be giving it all this was BEFORE he invested.......we stood and allowed it to happen.............and now some cant accept their portion of the blame..blame tan its easier, and the worst names you call him the better you feel about yourself............would love to see pics of brighton game and sea of blue next to each other.....

I'm currently working on my thesis concerning this topic. I feel fans at your club should definitly participate as I feel there are mixed opinions. I would only take 5-10 minutes!

And I am blue - not yellow like some of you plastic newbies mind you :-)
