Re: Malky exclusive why he said sorry.

Malky said sorry because his legal representation advised him to say sorry,,,there can be no doubt about that obvious question.

What i find strange is why Ian Moody immediately came out with the same apology???

It's like Tweedledum &Tweedledee???

Nothing racist in what was in the email is my understanding just a reference by IM to a slang word which takes the piss out of someones appearance. MM should have stopped it but perhaps he never understood what it meant.

Malky and Moody used the club computer to e mail each other. And they exchanged Racist emails about Tan calling him all the names under the sun. Tan got hold of them off the server !!!!. Also on the clubs mobiles as well.
So Malky grovelled and settled for nothing and paid his own legal costs believed to be around 120K, when Tan told them what he had found.
Malky as you all know had an interview with Norwich but apparently his interview went terrible.

Also Sean Connelly has resigned and gone with Jenkins and cooper to Switzerland !!!.

Malky never got formally interviewed for the Norwich job in the end. The sacking was all to do with the transfer dealings by him and moody in the summer.
Do you honestly believe if the racist e.mails were true that they wouldent have found their way into the public domain the way that tans resign or be sacked e.mail did.
If true football being the community it is then Malky would never get a job again.

Steve so you are saying Malky done underhand dealings in the transfer market ? But Malky ain't been snowed under with offers has he ? Now I'm just relaying what I was told. Hmmmmm

Re: Malky exclusive why he said sorry.

I can't really see it being over racism as Tan would have grounds to take serious legal action against him if that was the case.

Re: Malky exclusive why he said sorry.

Sat Jun 07, 2014 6:24 pm

Whatever the reason for the malky and Moody's apology and payment of costs it must have been serious and they've come out of this very badly.
Malky will have to start in the lower divisions if he wants to continue in management and rebuild his reputation because at the moment it's shot to peices.

God knows what has gone on behind the scenes. Why was Malky so anti against Tan in the first place ?

Nukes I am not saying that Malky did anything underhand in the transfer market but the paying of four times over the odds for Cornelius and the non playing of brayford after paying over two million for him has damaged his credibility.
I have never considered that Malky took a bung but has wasted club money and embarrassed himself over his much vaunted three stage dossier.
I will always be grateful to Malky for what he did for the club but it's time for everybody to move on and support ole

Well it seemed to come to heads after the transfer window so obviously Tan wasn't aware how much Malky had spent till it was too late. I guess it went to shit between them after that on both sides but it's still very strange what has happened and even more so that clubs won't touch him at the moment.

Not at all just saying what I've been told. Eventually the FACTS behind his dismissal will come out and I would be amazed if it has anything to do with racist comments or statements.

But if it was just bad dealings Steve why would he pass over a payout and pay his own legal costs ? And say sorry unreservedly ? :?

I think for 8 million wasted euros nukes tan could probably of had a case for suing Malky and moody over the transfer dealings and tan could probably prove that he was justified in sacking Malky and moody over it as well.
We will find out one day I suspect but as I said no need for us to dwell on it what's done is done

Re: Malky exclusive why he said sorry.

What ever the reasons for Malkey apologising I'm glad he's gone because it's a well known fact that he held grudges against players
He didn't have a clue on team tactics
He wasted nearly all the transfer money that he had for the premier league
He used the fans as a cover up for his own misgivings
Get us all on his side and get us thinking he's the best thing since sliced bread
Ignored Brayford after realising he was able to get KTC at the second attempt
Yes the guy fooled me and I thought he was great
Word gets leaked about managers in the football world which is why Malkey is still unemployed
He will now have to lower his sights considerably for another job in football management

Steve but a contract is a contract. Who in the court of law could say if a signing was a success or not ? Malky was on a contract and it doesn't matter if we lost every game ten nil. If he was sacked then he was entitled to the remainder of his contract.
Not saying what you know is true or untrue as the same as mine. :bluescarf: :bluescarf:

I agree nukes but Malky and moody had a duty of care to their employer and it has now been proved that 5weeks prior to us paying 10 million euros for Cornelius he was available to a Dutch club for 2million euros.
Now if as we were told that Malky and moody built their three stage dossier over a period of months before buying a player then how was that missed ?
With that taken into consideration you could in theory say that Malky and moody constructed their own dismissal.

Just rumours, God knows what is the truth, but as for getting another job if you were an owner or chairman reviewing Malky's end at Cardiff, how would you feel about taking him on ?

He left us as a hero with the fans, kissing the badge, doing the fist pump, the media aware of what had happened in private, and the owner portrayed as the ultimate Bond villain.

Would he be your first choice option ???

Tan is an eccentric.

Working under someone like him has to be tasken into consideration.

Maslky downfall is his ability to get a striker.

That's not an issue. If it were true then it would be case of being unprofessional, possible misconduct and depending on what it was then gross misconduct

Malky was sacked, takes Tan to court then backs down and apologises publicly in a grovelling statement and pay's his own costs.
Also gets no pay off for being sacked, his credibility in tatters.Enough said.
