No they wont. The less debt the club is in the more valuable it is. And the less debt the club is in means the more money Tan is getting to be getting as he is the debt.

There is no question he will be keeping the parachute payment, no brainer.

If tan is taking all the money who will be paying the bills?

The new owner.

This season's bills. Did you not say he will be taking the transfer money from sales of Caulker etc and the parachute money.

I did. He will probably cover any shortfall and tack it on to the cost of the shares.

Annis is right about Tan leaving regardless if we go up or stay down. From what i am told the reason for this is him getting tired of all the lies and hypocrisy surrounding the club, and being ridiculed in public by it. It has nothing to do with Roath Magic theory about money, which is the deal he made with Annis. «Post anti Tan and you got a free reign». He can well turn this around and was planning to. In fact the club has been cleaning up since Dalman came in, and what they have found was shocking. Highly trusted members of the club playing double agendas and leaking info to forums (AAMB) and newspapers (Mail).
The reason Simon Lim is still there is be course he was totally manipulated as the newbie he was. These are the people who persuaded Tan to invest in the first place, was fully behind him and even drove on the rebrand and helped getting bills through the roof. People who now drive blue campaigns was well aware and supported «scarf gate» for instance, but spoke double standards in public. The fact is that Annis is right, and he will leave regardless. If he leaves promoted, City could be well of. If not, it might take some time to recover, if at all. The collaboration in this thread will be obvious and you may believe what you want. But the «inside» sources leaking info has left, and most written on here will be purely speculation. :bluescarf:

All you have to do is ask me nicely if your understanding of the situation is correct you know Al.

And no its not.

administration doesnt even come into it, he is the creditior. Tan will obviously be paying your bills and will tack it on to the price of his shares or indeed keep it on as long term loan notes.

Something sticks out like a sore thumb. OP
Posts negative post and the jacks over it like a rash. Shame really the post is even based on hearsay.
Didn't Tan speak last week in Kuala lumpa saying that he's with the club for the long haul and believes he has a manager in place to, in
his words " hopefully get back to the premier next year". Even if his intention is/was to leave do you seriously consider he will.while his shares are virtually devalued by 50%. These topics are really setting the trend for next season on a highly disruptive note. They neither help or solve anything just undermine our club. But there that doesn't matter it's more important Fu##ing Tan up hurting the club doesn't matter. Who needs the Jacks to call us up in holes when we can do it ourselves.

It was Tans money that bought them in first place .

Cant blame tan for wanting out , he is not stupid and will sell club if money is right , this isnt really news as such but if true he will go if we stay down then i would worry as everything will be sold off .

It's his prerogative to recoup as much of his investment as possible but the problem is any money that goes into tans pocket is money that should be reinvested back into the club. If he sticks around he could do something similar to what the owners of Birmingham City have done. Keep the club, squeeze funds, sell assets, run the club on a drastically smaller budget.

I'm not convinced a new owner is the answer either. You couldn't find anyone else last time with a smaller debt and everyone you bring a new owner in it seems to get worse.

I have been told that the one person that wants Vincent Tan out more than anyone else is Vincent Tan himself.

Tan does not enjoy the experience of coming to the club anymore, which is understandable no matter what any of our thoughts are of him, but the fact is he doesn't like it here anymore.

He hates coming to the games.

I have been told exactly the same as what Annis said in the op that Tan wants to leave at the end of the season no matter what.

And you can take it for certain, if Tan was offered anywhere near the amount he has put in or is owed he would sell immediately.

We shall see if your first statement is correct by how many games he turns up for in the coming season, if he hates it as much as you say, then we wont see anything of him at all  . Your second point will never be proved either way, as no one will pay anything like what he is owed whilst we are still in this division.

He has cut the amount of the games he attended last season, he is a businessman who will still come over to check on his investment and what is happening at the club, whether he likes the business or not he is still going to run his eye over the running of it.

I am saying he hates coming and I expect he won't attend as many games as he has previously.

Pretty sure he would go if he can, he is no fool though and would not want to lose too much money. If we get promoted I would imagine it could be on, but doubt he would sell on with a large loss if we failed to go up .....

Maybe Tan is staying but has plans to bring in an investor/investors on board to bring the debt that he's owed down..

Re: " I have been told totally different regarding Vincent T

3 Questions

1 - why would he leave after getting a load of New Players and build a nice stand.

2 - if Tan goes next season and the next person comes in and he doesn't turn the club back to blue what's gonna happen next.

3 - An even worse case Scenario, Is what i would call the Nero proclamation, where he just lets the Club burn into Oblivion for the way he has been Humiliated by the Protesters.

What Happens.

Your second point speaks for itself, the minute we got relegated halved the clubs value and depreciated the players worth as well.
The fans verbal insults will although upset him will not deter him from turning up. Hes created an empire of which our club belongs and he is increasing his interests in the UK. Tan loves prestige and would love to see Cardiff City side by side H.R.Owens as their prestigious equal. Sell he will but only when it pays dividends, he may make mistakes but in the broader picture doesn't do FAIL.
You dont need to be told that.

Yes his family want him out because the Face Book episode and tan is pissed off with the verbal abuse not the 1927. However on the 30th May Tan said the manager is the right man to take the club back up. If we go up he will be the right man to take us forward. I will then bring them over to Malaysia in the summer. Doesnt sound that he'll sell at any time soon, at least until the value of the club rises. Not sure if this was a sticky?

where have I given any reasoning for this? I've not even mentioned 1927   as for upset fans? Whilst I don't condone their behaviour, that's what happens when you disrespect fans and club identity/traditions.
