I agree its business Luke in a lot of ways, but in a real business, you would not get sacked for having a different opinion.

Yes, and the first rule of a successful business is :- "GIVE THE CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY WANT"

And the second "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT"

Tan fails on both.

I take it your not in business then with such a ridiculous post...

GIVE THE CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY WANT - So it's free season tickets and beer all round then?! :laughing6:

Yes, "Cardiffcitymad", you look after your customers they look after you - that's the "Give the customers what they want",that,s the basis of every successful company.

Not give product away for free as you seem to suggest :?

It's just proof that City fans always fancy a moan. No matter what it's about. Why anyone would be negative about these blue shirts is beyond me

That's just daft, you cannot possibly please everyone, you just try to please majority not "give the customers what they want"as you suggested

If people left due to the rebrand, why where we sold out last season?

Real reason people have boycotted this season is relegation. They just say the rebrand so they claim they are not glory supporters.

People could have boycotted when rebrand was announced, before the prem campaign, but they oddly choose to after two seasons???????

It doesnt take 2 years to realise how much you hate the rebrand!

Tbh Craig I know a few who have been going for years and years that have decided to stop going and their reasons are the off field politics.

I agree a large number have stopped going because of relegation. A majority of those most likely have never experienced a relegation before this season I bet. Guess we will never know how much exactly.

Regarding the 2 years after the rebrand well I would say we all have our own thresholds. For me it is very much how the fanbase felt and at first I honestly felt we had sold out. The Brighton game was too much for me and I decided then to not renew my ST. The rise of BU restored my faith in the fanbase although I will always look at us in a different light even if we do return to blue.

However for me the bottom line is that if we all would have joined the famous 50 and asked for a refund then today I believe we would be a red blooded club. At least everyone now see the fanbase as a stand for blue.

The main reason people have left iz because of the relegation. Ant deny that TBH but there is a steady exodous of fans who just cant take any more of the red noncence.i feel at times close to walking but at the moment im still here. I suppose we all have our tipping point anx there will be the straw that breaks the camels back.
