Yep, he looks like a typical winger. daehli will probably be played more centrally, no 10/ in the hole, to make the most of his play making qualities, Also this guy looks big and powerful which can't hurt, most our midfielders lack power.

Mason and Daehli play exactly the same role so I think it'll be a rotational system between them(well at least I hope so as I enjoy both players) Daehli is okay on the flanks but easily better behind the striker. Correct though, even though he is a winger(Burgstaller) he does have some power. It's all about accomodating the players into a fast flowing system

Daehli has said he prefers to play in the hole. He is our future no 10 and I think next season if Ogs can keep hold of him he will build the attacking play around him not sure mason is better than Kim in this position. I see Kim as back up for daehli I think he would be better suited behind the striker than out wide.

Looks a big unit who not afraid to back himself either.Likes a pop too around the box.Be nice to see a midfield player willing to get forward and not just attempt to play that killer pass all the ime

Only issue with Dæhli as a number 10 is he's a bit small for that position (at the moment) especially for the Championship. A three of Dæhli Mutch Noone/Burgstaller behind Grabban or Guerra would be my preference. But I'm wondering if Ole plans to go 442 Given the strikers we have and looking to get Grabban.

Certainly if we go back up the next season should be built around Dæhli - easily one of the most talented players I've ever seen play for Cardiff.

he played a 4-5-1 turning into a 4-3-3 with Molde (i think)

Looks like a brill signing - big, strong and left footed with plenty of tricks - will be a handful.

The Austrians also play cooool football similar to the Germans.

Ole doing well boy's :ole: :ole: :ole: :ole:

Could be our version of Stoke's Arnautovic.

Well Silva seems to be doing fine in that position even though he is diminutive so I don't think we should hold his size against him :laughing6:
seriously though a good no 10 needs both great technique, vision and ability to read the game quickly and he is easily the most talented in the team in this respect

I don't think we should wait too long to play him in his best position because we are not seeing his true potential if we continue to station him out wide.OGS should give him time to try and fail like wenger did with Ramsey at arsenal we'll end up with a real player IMO.
And with this new winger coming he has a more direct traditional winger, so left wing problem is hopefully solved.

I wonder who is picking up these players, seems an unusual choice ???

Where are Ole's scouts based ???

It seems theses Days every transfer is a risk although over all with very little spend Ole did very well with Deahli and Cala, let's hope this is another good one......

Sounds like a pre-replacement for Mutch, young English and scored goals in the Prem Jordan will gone soon

What a shocker, managers wanting to scout outside of England.

Can't see that as this guy is a winger.
