Why did Ole buy him in the first place FFS he obviously new him so he must have thought he was good enough,very strange.

Both the manager and the sporting director has denied that he is on his way to Strømsgodset. "We are as close to signing Ronaldo as we are signing Berget".

Berget is not spectacular, but he is versatile and should be a useful squad player for Cardiff. Also, if Berget leaves now it would be his second failed attempt in a foreign club. He should realize that going back to Norway now would look terrible and probably crush his dreams of ever making it abroad. He's not going anywhere.

January transfer windows are difficult, for feck all money he gave alternatives and Cala and Daehli.

Every Manager in and around the relegation zone will make the odd bad buy in January as they have to gamble and there is not much around.
