It's the same as the current roof only higher which I think means MORE rows will get wet.

Shame about that like, think they would have come up with a design that gave better cover

Only half of the concrete steps have been out in. The rest of them will be put in once the old roof is off I'd imagine. They can get to work on the inside then

Take a look at this cross section. The upper tier is in two sections. The lower, smaller section is not in yet and as you can see it overhangs the lower tier.

Once the extension is finished the same seats will get wet as before and and maybe a few more as the roof is higher

I think there is going to be some kind of clear sides to the stand.

Chant for next season "where's our plastics gone where's our plastics gone" and the age old "empty seats" we can sing that mocking our own chairman.

Fair play on the breaking news about the stadium.

I have just read that in a bid to ensure Tan gets Premier football asap they are now extending Legoland more than originally planned.

He is planning to raise the stadium to 100 tiers so the supporters can watch Swansea from 40 miles away

Admit it, its funny and you would soon reciprocate given the chance :)

The Osprey's stadium is too small to see even from that elevation, perhaps you need to get an extension yourselves, let's hope the council will oblige.

Council already agreed the 10k plus extension tyvm. Just arm wresting over ownership rights since we will have paid for half the stadium. One of the perks of being debt free and being cash rich.

Ready to go for a new season in the Prem....with even more plastics :(
