Re: So how many SEASON TICKETS have sold then?

So people are actively choosing to move to sit in the new area in the red seats?

We have some of the biggest tools when it comes to fans. No wonder the Jacks are on here taking the pee.

Bugger it, I'm off down Eastleigh next season. Not sitting in a stadium amongst cretins on red seats.

nest season might well be my last, premiership or not, as its going to start getting harder and harder to justify the money spent.

But they are nice and new James, surely you have been following this club long enough to know the club goes out of the window when there is any kind of novelty available :?

I would imagine if we don't go straight back up next season, our season ticket sales this time next year will be around 10,000 so long as we are still in the championship, if we slip into league one then about 7k or 8k :bluescarf: :old: :bluescarf:

If you dont go straight back up i wonder how many ST holders you will have then.

I know many who have not renewed because of this years price increase, and I know many who will not renew nxt season due to the price Increase when their prize freeze runs out. they have told me it's a rip off and will not be paying, especially for championship football.

I also know many who have not renewed simply because of the general apathy in which our club is being run.

Also, why was there an early deadline in which to purchase season tickets? Why can't they still be sold?? Surly one should be able to buy right up to the start of next season???

I can't see the marketing or business logic in our clubs current ticketing system (no surprises there).

Match day tickets may not go up or may drop slightly.

Because ST's now cover 8 more games there may be a bit of leeway for match day prices.

8 games in total only 4 extra home games

I started a new job last week and have to work saturdays sometimes 2pm finish (which is fine) other times 5pm finish.

I renewed my season ticket on the day it was announced. I emailed club for a refund and had it within 2 days.

Ill be able to get a ticket for any game i can make I am sure. we couldnt even sell out in the prem and now with the extra seats...

Sad though after 5 years of being a ST holder :-(

Interestingly the lady on the phone said that they are NON REFUNDABLE but then said that "loads and loads" of people have been contacting the club for a refund and that if i did it in writing would be ok.

At Ninian Park, I think 10k season ticket sales were the norm in the Championship. We've probably picked up more fans since the CCS has opened, but have lost a few due to the rebrand. When the price freeze ends, I think we'll get around 12k season tickets in the Championship, though if we return to blue, maybe a few thousand more?

I think we will average around 15-16k next season.

Football is too expensive these days.

CCFC have put too big a hike on ST's. With no one buying red merchandise the club are spiralling into debt.

I suppose another way of putting it is to fill the new stand because if it is rammed, you won't be able to see the red seats with all the fans in BLUE.

Almost worth emptying the stand below to show BLUE seats with the exception of the white ones spelling CARDIFF!

See, there are two ways of looking at many things.

Exactly, I go to watch the city for the football not to see how many fans are there watching the game

You never went any way. Hopefully this will mean we won't have to put up with your shite any more if that's the case. So much for not coming on this forum any more

By the way what would you rather: fans sitting in the red seats so all you can see is blue shirts or empty red seats on display? Your the only tool here James :laughing6:

You will be saying there only seats after the whole stadium is red and still believe tans going to compromise with fans even if it was said for three seasons by him along with debt to equity :laughing6:

They will be 20% full so people will see many empty red ones anyway, better to leave them all empty imo. we be lucky to have 18k weekly next season with walk ups on the day which will leave just under half the stadium empty.
