Because 16 goals in 31 caps against the likes of Spain, Argentina, Italy and Uruguay means Fred isn't decent whatsoever, does it?

Oh, and let's not forget Neymar who has 30 goals in 47 caps from the wing, and can also play a more central role when Bernard is in the mix.

I said Germany, biased and also think they have a decent squad and got a great goalkeeper in Neuer.

Either Brazil or Argentina for me. I think Germany will probably come close but can't see anyone outside of South America winning
