I think you summed my point up nicely. No such term in a league consisting of twenty teams to finish top 12. The year previous yes they finished top ten but not this year. We aren't arguing over the 96 league clubs, we are arguing over twenty teams in the premier league. Yes they beat us, yes we beat them, yes they finished higher than us and have a better side as the league doesn't lie. I would say we finished 12th if we finished 12th not top 12 like roathy is saying. He is only saying it as he said Swansea would finish top 10 which would be correct but they didn't so he is manipulating his answer to top 12 to make out he got it right, which he claims to be all the time.

If you want to use proper statistical methods, then you could divide into 4 equal quartiles. It doesn't really matter which way you divide it up or sugar the pill. WE CAME LAST.

I don't care whether Roathie says it or not. The term top 12 in a league of 20 is perfectly acceptable.

And we are part of a bigger picture, which consists of 96 clubs. If you what to narrow your argument to the Premier League, go ahead, but just remember that we aren't going to be part of it next year, so make the most of it.

Now do me a favour before you further embarrass us, just sit back and enjoy being 20/96. The alternative is to realise that we got taught a lesson this year and if we don't learn from it, clubs like Swansea, Hull and Palace will leave us stranded (if they haven't already).
