Have to say there's not any strong evidence yet towards M&M taking bungs at this time, so give it some time and see how the investigation goes.

As for the rest you're spot on. All the usual haters will now now start bringing up the 'debt to equity' "promise". I keep asking but no one can show me when and where this 'promise' was made. :laughing6:

and none of them mentions any promise from Tan to clear all the debt. At the time of the rebrand he mentioned that "work will also continue in earnest to improve the balance sheet by driving new revenue streams, attracting new investment and converting existing debt to equity". And that was that. No promise. No timescales. Current debt only (approx 40 million at the time).

So I'm still waiting :laughing6:

It happen more than we like to think in english football unfortunately.

Why pay 8 mill for cornelius, no one in scandinavia would ever pay more than 2mill.
Plus agent fees in amounts as high as what the club paid for Dæhli !

VT must have had some hard evidence against MM and Moody to have them bow to VT in a stunning appology like this.
The club did not pay MM a penny, as Tan was right all the time in sacking him.
Tan could have taken them to the cleaners and they knew it when the saw the evidences through the silicitors, but Tan wanted surely to save the club from more disturbance.

Maybe OGS was wanted by Cardiff after MM, as he is knowned to be a 100 0/0 loyal and 100 0/0 honest man, and the club needed that from a manager?

The moderators on this forum were all Malky lovers and abused Tan for sacking him. Perhaps an appology is in order from Annis & co, and many others as well?
But that will not happen, now they back up each other in theories of new job etc.etc.
And from being law experts for months, they now will change to financial experts with a dept to equity case.

Rebrand aside, Tan has done good things for ccfc, saving it and bringing the club to PL for first time etc.

Now comes the silly answers with abuse against me , as it did when I was predicting the thruth months ago !

Quote (GoldenCheetah): "The moderators on this forum were all Malky lovers and abused Tan for sacking him"

Not so, and you need to get your facts right before making broad statements, fella

You'll have to trawl pretty deep in the ocean to find a post from me (or a number of other 'Mods') that criticises Tan for sacking Malky. What I did say, however, was that I personally would have kept him until the summer out of respect for getting us promotion. I saw that as fair (given the limited/nee incorrect information we had at that time) ;)

We didn't know at that time (because Tan rightly kept it to his chest for legal reasons) was exactly what had occurred and, check again, I did say at the time that Tan must have had his reasons and that we should 'hold off' until the facts were known! ;)

Doesn't make me ITK, a Tan-lover or anything of the sort, but is does show that the 'Mods' can think for themselves regardless of the rubbish people like you spout in the hope that the other sheep will listen!

I cannot see how Annis would look foolish.

I know that Annis was told back when this thread was started there was no evidence at all of any fraud or bungs being levelled against Malky.

I was told the very same as Annis and it was to do with a text or email communication that Moody sent to Malky that the apology was for.

Danny, as it has been said in another thread, do you think people like Steve Borley would have been publicly supporting Malky Mackay right before his sacking and after it had there been evidence of bungs and brown envelopes ?

how is he unbelieveable?? hes quoted what tan said and, as much as i hate tan, he's keeping his promise (existing debt 40m at the time, i believe he's doing 50m so thats 10m OVER what he promised) and you or anyone else can't provide any quotes or evidence to suggest otherwise. yet when someone proves you wrong you just give them shit without offering anything yourself.
